【摘要】：正近年来,随着互联网和新媒体的跨越式发展,公民媒体(civil media)的概念不断被学者在各类论坛上提及。其中,提得最多、喊得最响的当属北京大学视听传播研究中心主任陆地教授。近一年来,陆地教授几乎逢会必谈"公民媒体",反复强调"公民媒体"出现和发展的媒介意义、学术价值与社会价值。从"公共媒体"到"公民媒体",只有一字之差,为何陆地教授如此重视这种变化或者转变呢?北京大学新闻
[Abstract]:Just in recent years, with the rapid development of the Internet and new media, the media (Civil media) of the citizen concept has been mentioned in various forums. Among them, the most frequently mentioned, professor and director of audio-visual communication research center of Peking University is the land the loudest. In recent years, almost every professor will have to talk about land "citizen media", "media citizen" repeatedly stressed the emergence and development of media significance, academic value and social value.
