基于互动仪式链理论的弹幕视频互动研究

【摘要】:网络视频是受众获取信息、进行观影休闲的重要途径,弹幕视频依托于弹幕播放器技术,使得用户可以一边观看视频一边发送弹幕评论,用户的评论随着视频的播放即时呈现在屏幕上。随着传统视频网站对弹幕技术的推广运用,弹幕视频这一新型的互动方式逐渐被大众熟知。弹幕技术在业界方兴未艾,学界对于弹幕视频的研究也有待完善。本文以用户通过弹幕视频进行互动作为研究视角,对弹幕视频这一新型的互动方式进行了具体的研究和分析。本文从互动仪式链、符号学等理论中汲取观点,在思辨分析的同时,借助调查问卷、内容分析等量化分析方法,对弹幕视频用户的互动行为、互动结果等进行阐释。本文大致可以分为以下四个部分:第一部分对弹幕的相关概念进行了概述,梳理了弹幕以及弹幕视频的发展历程,列举了专业弹幕网站和引进弹幕技术的传统视频网站的弹幕产品,并对这些产品的特点进行对比分析。第二部分介绍了用户是在视频这一平台上进行弹幕互动的,弹幕播放器是弹幕视频平台的技术支撑,用户的互动行为需要遵循一定的互动规则,并结合网络问卷的调查结果对弹幕视频互动的主体——用户的特点进行概括。第三部分对用户的弹幕互动行为进行分析,认为用户在某一特定时间通过登录各自的ID账号聚集在某一互动平台上,出于对共同焦点的关注,他们以阅读和发送弹幕的方式补充视频信息,分享观影感受,进行评论与吐槽,用户之间的互动行为,属于一种互动仪式;用户的弹幕视频互动形式包括:用户与视频的互动、用户之间互动、用户与创作者之间的互动;用户互动的内容可以分为与视频内容相关的互动和与视频内容无关的互动。第四部分是对用户弹幕视频互动的结果进行分析,用户每一次的弹幕视频互动是一次互动仪式,在互动中用户收获了代表群体的“神圣物”,获得了情感能量和身份符号,体验到了自我表达的满足感和一种群体归属感、团结感,而这些收获也是用户进行下一次互动仪式的“成本”和“驱力”,在情境转换中,用户不断开始新的互动仪式,即不断地通过弹幕视频进行互动交流,由此形成弹幕视频互动的互动仪式链。同时,弹幕视频用户的互动行为也产生了一些不良影响,因而本文提出完善法律、改良弹幕技术、提高用户素养等应对策略,来引导弹幕视频健康发展。
[Abstract]:Network video is an important way for the audience to obtain information and watch the film. The projectile video depends on the projectile player technology, which enables users to send projectile comments while watching the video. Users' comments are instantly displayed on the screen as video plays. With the spread and use of projectile technology by traditional video websites, projectile video is becoming widely known as a new type of interaction. Projectile technology is in the ascendant in the industry. The academic research on projectile video also needs to be perfected. This paper takes the user interaction through projectile video as the research angle, and makes a concrete research and analysis on projectile video as a new type of interactive mode. In the theory of semiotics and other theories, the interactive behavior of projectile video users is studied by means of quantitative analysis methods such as questionnaire, content analysis and so on. This paper can be divided into the following four parts: the first part summarizes the related concepts of the projectile screen, combs the development course of the projectile screen and the projectile video. This paper enumerates the projectile products of professional projectile websites and traditional video websites with the introduction of projectile technology, and makes a comparative analysis of the characteristics of these products. The second part introduces that the users interact with each other on the platform of video. The projectile player is the technical support of the projectile video platform. The interactive behavior of the user needs to follow certain interaction rules. And combined with the results of the online questionnaire to summarize the characteristics of the main body of project-screen video interaction-user. The third part analyzes the interactive behavior of the user. It is believed that users gather on an interactive platform by logging in their ID accounts at a particular time. Out of common focus, they supplement video information by reading and sending bullet screens, and share their views and experiences. The interactive behavior between users belongs to an interactive ceremony, which includes the interaction between the user and the video, the interaction between the user and the video, the interaction between the user and the creator, the interaction between the user and the creator, the interaction between the user and the video, and the interaction between the user and the creator. The content of user interaction can be divided into video content related interaction and video content independent interaction. Part 4th is an analysis of the results of user screen video interaction, each user interaction is an interactive ceremony. In the process of interaction, the user acquires the "sacred things" that represent the group, obtains emotional energy and identity symbols, and experiences the satisfaction of self-expression and a sense of belonging and solidarity. These gains are also the "cost" and "drive" of the user's next interactive ceremony, in which the user constantly begins a new interactive ritual, which is to interact with each other through a projectile video. At the same time, the interactive behavior of projectile video users also has some adverse effects. Therefore, this paper puts forward some countermeasures, such as perfecting the law, improving the projectile technology and improving the user's accomplishment, etc. To guide the sound development of projectile video.
