【摘要】：正李宝贵、刘家宁在《北华大学学报(社会科学版)》2016年第6期撰文指出,新世纪以来,俄罗斯对外语言传播策略逐步形成并不断完善,不仅明确了传播的目的、对象、方式与途径,而且成立了专门负责推广语言文化传播的机构,取得了卓有成效的传播效果,对我国的汉语国际传播以及孔子学院建设具有重要的启示和借鉴作用:第一,依托国家发展战略,优化布局,推进对外语言传播事
