移动互联网新闻信息服务发展现状和管理研究

【摘要】：互联网新闻信息服务发生着日新月异的巨大变化。从新闻网站、商业门户到社交网站,微博、微信,新技术、新应用带来了新闻信息服务生态的巨大变革。目前,移动互联网新闻服务的影响力与日俱增。本文以移动互联网新闻信息服务为研究对象,运用信息传播和媒介经营两方面的相关理论为依据,梳理和研究我国移动互联网新闻信息服务发展规模和状况,分析和总结其独有的特点,研究其对新闻信息生产、传播乃至社会的影响。同时,在借鉴美国,俄罗斯,新加坡,印度等国外管理经验的基础上,结合我国当前移动互联网新闻信息服务管理存在的主要问题,提出四点关于完善移动互联网新闻服务管理的建议,即加强顶层设计;构建主体责任制度;考虑实施移动互联网信息服务许可管理制度;以及加强社会监督和行业自律。希望本文能为促进我国移动互联网新闻服务业的可持续发展提供借鉴。
[Abstract]:Big changes change rapidly Internet news information service. From news sites, commercial portal to social networking sites, micro-blog, WeChat, new technology, new applications have brought great changes of news and information service ecosystem. At present, the mobile Internet news service's growing influence. Based on the mobile Internet news information service as the research object. According to the related theory of information communication and media management in two aspects, carding and research of China's mobile Internet news information service development scale and status, analysis and summary of its unique characteristics, the research on the news information production, dissemination and influence of society. At the same time, in reference to the United States, Russia, Singapore, basic management experience India and other foreign countries, combined with China's current main problems of mobile Internet news information service management, put forward four points about the perfection of the new mobile Internet It service management advice, that is to strengthen top-level design; construction of the main responsibility system; to consider the implementation of management system of mobile Internet information service license; and strengthen social supervision and self-discipline. I hope this paper can provide reference for the promotion of China's mobile Internet news service industry sustainable development.
