视频素材管控平台项目风险管控研究

【摘要】：随着信息技术的快速发展,信息技术产业已经成为支撑社会经济发展的重要组成部分,软件开发作为信息产业的核心,也得到更多企业和人类的关心。近几年智能手机的普及和移动技术的飞跃发展,使用手机等移动设备的人数达到数十亿,大众的娱乐方式也随着移动技术而发生巨大的变革。在视频网站大量资金投入的发展模式下,降低成本成为企业能否生存下来的重要因素。同时随着大众娱乐要求的提高,提供高质量的视频资源和流畅的观看体验也是提升用户数量的一种方式。因此,如何管理视频资源、存储方式和安全是企业必须思考的问题,视频素材的管控平台也就成为传媒企业必须重视的一部分。本文研究的视频素材管控平台的项目风险管理,在传媒企业视频资源管理方面具有建设性的意义。软件项目最开始是从国外开始的,因此对软件项目开发的管理研究和国内相比会丰富和详细很多。站在信息发展技术的角度来看,我国风险管理理论应用到软件项目不单纯是起步晚的问题,而且存在项目管理意识匮乏和不重视、没有精确和完备的项目分析基础、制定的管理制度不健全等问题。为了保证视频素材管控平台的顺利完成,本文所做的工作如下:(1)介绍软件项目风险管理的在国内和国外发展状况以及本文的研究思路与研究方法,(2)介绍风险、项目管理和软件相关概念,同时分别概述Barry Boehm、CRM、Riskit方法、Soft Risk风险管理模型和SERIM方法,(3)对“ICan”视频素材管控平台进行需求分析、系统功能和系统架构进行叙述,(4)针对“ICan”视频素材管控平台进行风险识别和风险应对等,(5)对整个项目进行详细分析以及总结,丰富软件系统风险管理的内容。通过“ICan”视频素材管控平台的整个开发过程中可能出现的风险进行识别、应对和监控来保证视频素材管控平台的顺利完成,不仅可以保证传媒企业的视频业务可以得到规范的管理,同时可以为我国软件项目视频素材风险管理提供可借鉴的方式和方法。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of information technology, the information technology industry has become an important part of the social and economic development. As the core of the information industry, software development is also concerned with more enterprises and human beings. In recent years, the number of mobile devices, such as mobile phones and other mobile devices, has reached dozens of people. With the development mode of large amount of capital investment in video sites, reducing cost has become an important factor for the survival of the enterprise. At the same time, with the increase of popular entertainment requirements, providing high-quality video resources and fluent viewing experience are also the increase of the number of users. Therefore, how to manage video resources, storage mode and security is a problem that enterprises must think about. The management and control platform of video material has become a part of the media enterprises. The project risk management of video material management and control platform in this paper has constructive meaning in the video resource management of media enterprises. Software project is beginning from abroad, so the management research of software project development is rich and more detailed compared with domestic. From the point of view of information development technology, the application of risk management theory to software project in China is not simply a late start problem, but there is a lack of awareness of project management and lack of attention. In order to ensure the smooth completion of the video material management platform, the following work is made as follows: (1) introducing the development of software project risk management at home and abroad, the research ideas and research methods of this paper, (2) introducing risk and project management And software related concepts, at the same time, the Barry Boehm, CRM, Riskit method, Soft Risk risk management model and SERIM method are introduced. (3) the demand analysis, system function and system architecture of "ICan" video material control platform are described. (4) risk identification and risk should be equal to the "ICan" visual frequency material control platform, and (5) whole The project carries out a detailed analysis and summary, enriches the content of the software system risk management. Through the identification of the possible risks in the whole development process of the "ICan" video material management platform, it can ensure the smooth completion of the video material management platform. It can not only guarantee the video service of the media enterprises to be obtained. Standardized management can also provide reference methods and methods for risk management of video materials in China's software projects.
