新媒体对军队思想政治教育话语权的影响与建构研究

【摘要】：新媒体既对军队思想政治教育话语及话语权带来了新机遇,也带来了新挑战,出现了新媒体的交互性和平等性对教育"一元化话语权"的解构、新媒体去中心化和去权威化对教育话语权的弱化、新媒体全民性和碎片化传播方式对教育话语权的消解、新媒体开放性和不均衡性加剧了中西方意识形态话语权的争夺等问题。要从丰富话语内容、创新话语方式、实现教育双方话语共享、整合话语平台、净化话语环境等维度提升和建构新军队思想政治教育话语权,不断提高教育的实效性。
[Abstract]:The new media not only brought new opportunities to the ideological and political education discourse and the discourse power of the army, but also brought new challenges. The interaction and equality of the new media were deconstructed, the new media was weakened by the centralization and authority of the new media, and the new media was popular and fragmented by the new media. The elimination of language rights, the opening and unbalance of the new media have aggravated the contention of the discourse power of the Chinese and Western ideology. It is necessary to enhance and construct the discourse power of the ideological and political education of the new army by enriching the content of the discourse, innovating the way of discourse, realizing the sharing of the two sides of the education, integrating the discourse platform, and purifying the discourse environment.
