科技产品评测研究:一种科技传播的微观视角

【摘要】:随着信息化进程的推进,消费级的科技产品在市场上逐渐普及,这催生了受众对大众媒体上的科技产品评测的需求。如今国内外有许多媒体以专业的产品评测著称于世,但是中文学术界对这一领域研究甚少。科技产品评测是科技写作的一种文体,故其也是科技传播的一种微观形态。本文将以3C产品评测作为科技产品评测的主要代表,对这类文体进行新闻传播学视域内的定义和分析。本文认为科技产品评测是通过体验和实验等手段对大众科技消费品进行分析和评价的通俗文体。它既带有商业导购的性质,也具有一定程度的舆论监督和传播科技信息的功能。在近20年中,它伴随中国科技行业媒体一起发展,催生了一批专业的评测媒体,对自身的内容生产流程和专业化程度有了初步的规范。本文第一章为绪论,介绍本研究的缘起,背景,意义,进行概念界定。同时对相关文献进行整理,解释评测与新闻学、评测与科技传播的相关性。我们认为评测是科技传播的一种微观形态,它具有科普性、专业性、商业性、评论性等特点。评测是一种独立的科技写作文体,与科技新闻/评论具有鲜明的区别。这种区别不仅体现在内容形式上,也体现在它面向消费者的导购性上。从科技传播的角度,科技产品评测有利于对公众进行科技成果、科技产品和科技名词、科技概念的普及,并有助于提升他们对新科技成果的使用技能。第二章对上世纪90年代以来科技产品评测在中国的发展进行整理和阐述。本文将中文评测媒体的发展时期分为三个阶段,即兴起与发展阶段、资本化与网络化阶段和现在的移动互联网阶段,并从评测对象、媒介形态和专业水平上对评测的类型进行了分类。由于3C类评测在其中出现最早,规模最大,故本文的讨论主要针对3C评测和相关的IT媒体,间或涉及汽车评测和汽车媒体等其他类型的内容。第三章以IT评测网站瘾科技的评测内容为案例,通过定量和定性的方式考察其评测的形态、语言风格及内容呈现。本文发现其评测在形态上具有较强的体验式风格和通俗化特色,强调评测的多媒体呈现;在内容上以所评测的产品为中心,在对产品的批评上较为谨慎。本文第四章结合《大众软件》的“网E拍”评测专题和“罗永浩约辩王自如”两个案例,讨论评测在客观、独立、公共性和专业性等方面的可能。我们发现评测在传统IT媒体中曾一度呈现较强的舆论监督作用,而如今由于以行业规范缺失为代表的媒体内/外部控制失衡问题的存在,科技产品评测业在公共性、客观性、独立性等专业主义指标上还有很长的路要走。
[Abstract]:With the development of information technology, the consumption level of science and technology products are popularized in the market, which gives birth to the demand of the audience for the evaluation of scientific and technological products in the mass media. Nowadays, many media at home and abroad are famous for professional product evaluation, but there is little research on this field in Chinese academic circles. Science and technology product evaluation is a style of science and technology writing, so it is also a micro form of science and technology communication. In this paper, 3C product evaluation is taken as the main representative of science and technology product evaluation, which is defined and analyzed in the field of news communication. This paper holds that the evaluation of scientific and technological products is a popular style of analysis and evaluation of popular scientific and technological consumer goods by means of experience and experiment. It not only has the nature of commercial purchase guidance, but also has a certain degree of public opinion supervision and dissemination of scientific and technological information function. In the past 20 years, with the development of Chinese science and technology industry media, it gave birth to a group of professional evaluation media, and had a preliminary standard to its own content production process and specialization degree. The first chapter is the introduction, which introduces the origin, background, significance and definition of this study. At the same time, the relevant documents are sorted out to explain the correlation between evaluation and journalism, and between evaluation and science and technology communication. We think that evaluation is a microcosmic form of science and technology communication, it has the characteristics of science popularization, professional, commercial, critical and so on. Evaluation is an independent writing style of science and technology, which is distinct from science and technology news / commentary. This distinction is not only in the form of content, but also in its consumer-oriented shopping. From the point of view of science and technology dissemination, the evaluation of science and technology products is conducive to popularizing scientific and technological achievements, scientific and technological products and terminology, scientific and technological concepts, and improving their skills in the use of new scientific and technological achievements. The second chapter deals with the development of science and technology product evaluation in China since 1990's. This paper divides the development period of Chinese evaluation media into three stages, namely, the stage of rising and developing, the stage of capitalization and networking, and the stage of mobile Internet. The types of evaluation are classified in media form and professional level. Due to the earliest appearance and the largest scale of 3C evaluation, the discussion in this paper mainly focuses on 3C evaluation and related IT media, occasionally involving other types of content, such as automobile evaluation and automobile media. The third chapter takes the evaluation content of IT evaluation website addiction technology as a case study, through quantitative and qualitative ways to investigate its evaluation form, language style and content presentation. This paper finds that its evaluation has strong experiential style and popularized characteristics in form, emphasizes the multimedia presentation of the evaluation, and takes the product as the center in the content, and is more cautious in the criticism of the product. The fourth chapter discusses the possibility of evaluation in the aspects of objectivity, independence, publicity and professionalism. We find that the evaluation once had a strong supervisory role in the traditional IT media, but now, due to the imbalance of internal / external control in media represented by the absence of industry norms, the science and technology product evaluation industry is public and objective. Independence and other professional indicators have a long way to go.
