全球性挑战时代的可持续信息社会转型

【摘要】：全球性信息时代的到来,对信息科学、技术和社会等研究领域的全球合作提出了严峻的挑战。在一个全球可持续信息社会的愿景中,不同于当前人们利用技术、环境等公共资源的主导方式,它呼唤着科学技术、生态、经济、政治、文化乃至社会整体系统对公共资源的合理性应用。与个人主义相反,向全球可持续信息社会的转型要求一种新的世界公民主义,实现个体的反身性革命。社会进化是涌现的,那么向全球可持续信息社会的必要转变并非不可能。
[Abstract]:The advent of the global information age poses a severe challenge to global cooperation in the fields of information science, technology and society. In the vision of a global sustainable information society, it calls for science and technology, ecology, economy, politics, unlike the current dominant way of people using public resources, such as technology, environment, etc. The rational application of the whole system of culture and society to public resources. In contrast to individualism, the transition to a global sustainable information society requires a new kind of world citizenship to realize the individual's reflexive revolution. Social evolution is emerging, so the necessary transition to a global sustainable information society is not impossible.
