龙广交通台绩效考核体系改进研究

【摘要】:城镇化的进一步加速和汽车产业的迅速发展给龙广交通广播频道带来了发展机遇。新型媒体的出现严重冲击着传统广播市场,但交通广播的快速兴起使其一改之前传统广播市场的下滑窘况,开始出现“相对强势”的局面。随着新媒体技术的不断革新,各种不同媒体形态之间竞争激烈,但同质化严重。为了能够在竞争中脱颖而出,保持持续的竞争优势,龙广交通台在节目持续创新的基础上对其绩效考核体系进行全面的改进和创新,以此更好的激励各部门和员工,实现频道长期发展。本文在总结分析媒介组织绩效评估文献基础上,对“三维-二元”媒介组织绩效评估模型进行了着重探究。接着使用问卷调查和重点访谈的方法,对龙广交通台的绩效考核体系现状进行调查,基于调查结果探寻其绩效考核体系深层次的问题;以分析结果为基础,“三维-二元”模型为框架,从考核体系改进原则、改进思路、考核指标体系改进、考核指标量化标准以及考核方案实施优化等方面对龙广交通台现有绩效考核体系进行改进优化,形成最新改进方案。
[Abstract]:The further acceleration of urbanization and the rapid development of the automobile industry have brought the development opportunity to Longguang Transport Broadcasting Channel. The emergence of new media has seriously impacted the traditional broadcasting market, but the rapid rise of traffic broadcasting has caused the decline of the traditional broadcasting market before it changed, and began to appear "relatively strong" situation. With the innovation of new media technology, competition between different media forms is fierce, but homogenization is serious. In order to be able to stand out in the competition and maintain a sustained competitive advantage, Longguang Transportation Station has improved and innovated its performance appraisal system on the basis of continuous program innovation, so as to better motivate all departments and employees. Achieve long-term channel development. On the basis of summarizing and analyzing the literature on media organization performance evaluation, this paper focuses on the "three-dimensional-dual" media organization performance evaluation model. Then, by using the method of questionnaire and key interview, the paper investigates the present situation of the performance appraisal system of Longguang Transportation Station, and based on the results of the survey, explores the deep-seated problems of the performance appraisal system, which is based on the analysis of the results. The "3D-binary" model is used as a framework to improve the principle, train of thought and index system of the examination system. This paper optimizes the existing performance appraisal system of Longguang Transportation Station from the aspects of the quantification standard of evaluation index and the implementation optimization of evaluation scheme, and forms the latest improvement scheme.
