国家架构下澳大利亚报纸的“众筹”运作

【摘要】：澳大利亚报纸计划是一个宏大的公益项目,旨在保存报纸文化资源、为公众建立一个可以在线进行全文检索的数字化报纸数据库。该项目在组织架构、工作流程、团队协调以及以"众筹"方式广泛动员公众参与等方面都有创新。同时,受到新媒体技术的颠覆性影响,澳大利亚报纸计划也随时调整项目内容和执行方式,以适应传媒行业的大变革。对于我国这样有着极为丰富的报纸文献资源的国家,如何建设公益性的报纸全文数据库,无限期安全地保存报纸文献,实现报纸文献资源共享,澳大利亚报纸计划无疑提供了非常有启发意义的借鉴。
[Abstract]:The Australian newspaper Project is a grand public welfare project aimed at preserving newspaper cultural resources and building a digital newspaper database for the public that can be searched online for full text. The project is innovative in terms of organizational structure, workflow, team coordination, and broad mobilization of public participation in a "crowdfunding" manner. At the same time, under the influence of new media technology, Australian newspapers also plan to adjust the content and implementation of the project at any time to adapt to the major changes in the media industry. For a country such as China, which is rich in newspaper literature resources, how to build a public welfare newspaper full-text database, and how to keep newspaper literature indefinitely and safely, and realize the sharing of newspaper literature resources. There is no doubt that the Australian newspaper program provides a very instructive reference.
