万合天宜公司旗下网络自制剧产业链分析

【摘要】:随着网络自制剧的发展,我国网络自制剧产业化趋势越来越明朗,截至2015年,BAT(百度、阿里、腾讯)三大巨头全部进入网络自制剧产业,网络自制剧产业成为新兴的高速发展的朝阳产业。随着大量资本流入网络自制剧行业,如何在资本角力中发展出一条适合自己的路,也成了网络自制剧专业生产公司所需要思考的议题。本文首先概括论述了万合天宜公司的发展历程,万合天宜公司网络自制剧业务的现状,调查了受众对万合天宜旗下网络自制剧的反应,以产业链价值增值的理论为框架,概述了万合天宜公司网络自制剧产品的产业链。而后以内容产业、传播渠道、广告、衍生产品为四大板块,分析了其产业链的现状,论述了其产业链的不足,给出了具体可行的意见。本论文研究认为,万合天宜公司从发展之初就要构建网络自制剧的全产业链结构,进行产业链的多维立体整合,在传播渠道上有所创新,将艺人经济作为产业链构建上最重要的一环,将艺人经济统一于公司发展的宏观框架内。本文创新之处在于以前关于产业链的研究都是以视频网站为主体,研究视频网站的经营策略,没有对专业生产网络自制剧的公司进行的研究,本文切口小,只研究万合天宜一家公司网络自制剧的产业链,全文只围绕该中心具体分析;本文的不足之处在于语言的学术表述有待加强。
[Abstract]:With the development of online self-production, the trend of self-production industrialization in our country has become more and more clear. By 2015, the three giants of bat (Baidu, Ali, Tencent) had all entered the network self-production industry. Network self-production industry has become a rising industry with high-speed development. With a large amount of capital flowing into the network self-production industry, how to develop a suitable road in the capital struggle has also become a topic of consideration for the professional production companies of network self-production. This paper first summarizes the development course of Wanhe Tianyi Company, the current situation of the network self-production business of Wanhe Tianyi Company, and investigates the audience's response to the network self-production of Wanhe Tianyi Company, which is based on the theory of value increment of industrial chain. This paper summarizes the industrial chain of the network self-production products of Wanhe Tianyi Company. Then, the content industry, communication channel, advertisement and derivative products are four parts, the present situation of its industrial chain is analyzed, the deficiency of its industrial chain is discussed, and the concrete and feasible opinions are given. In this paper, the author thinks that from the beginning of development, Wanhe Tianyi Company will construct the whole industrial chain structure of network self-production, carry out multi-dimensional integration of industrial chain, and innovate in the communication channel. The entertainer economy is regarded as the most important link in the construction of the industrial chain, and the entertainer economy is unified within the macro framework of the company's development. The innovation of this paper lies in the fact that the previous researches on the industry chain are based on the video website, and study the management strategy of the video website. There is no research on the company specializing in the production of network self-production, so this paper has a small incision. This paper only studies the industry chain of network self-production of Wanhe Tianyi company, and the whole paper only analyzes the specific analysis around the center. The deficiency of this paper is that the academic expression of language needs to be strengthened.
