基于实践调研的产业技术联盟信息共享研究

【摘要】：[目的/意义]针对国内外10个不同发展阶段、不同学科领域的产业技术联盟的信息共享实践进行了调研,以期为国内产业技术创新战略联盟的信息共享提供参考。[方法/过程]主要采用相关文献及相关网站调研法,结合调研问卷及电话访谈方法,调研内容主要围绕信息共享渠道与方式、信息共享内容、信息共享平台、信息共享规律与特征等角度进行。[结果/结论]调研分析结果揭示了联盟信息共享的共同特征:产业联盟中不同属性的组织及处于不同发展阶段的产业联盟信息共享内容重点不同,不同属性的机构成员信息供需不同,联盟依据成员性质划分不同的信息共享权限,往往在一般性信息广泛共享基础上,采用多种渠道实现较机密信息的小范围共享。
[Abstract]:[objective / significance] the information sharing practice of industrial technology alliance in 10 different development stages and disciplines at home and abroad is investigated in order to provide reference for the information sharing of domestic strategic alliance of industrial technological innovation. [methods / process] mainly used the related literature and the related website investigation method, the union investigation questionnaire and the telephone interview method, the investigation content mainly revolved around the information sharing channel and the way, the information sharing content, the information sharing platform, Information sharing rules and characteristics are carried out from the point of view. [results / conclusion] the results of investigation and analysis reveal the common characteristics of information sharing in industrial alliances: the organization of different attributes in industrial alliances and the content of information sharing in industrial alliances at different stages of development have different emphases. The information supply and demand of institutional members with different attributes are different. According to the nature of the members, the alliance divides different information sharing rights. On the basis of general information sharing widely, it uses various channels to realize the small scale sharing of more confidential information.
