沈阳广播电视台直播项目管理研究

【摘要】：目前,电视直播技术的迅猛发展已经使直播节目成为最受观众喜爱的节目形式之一,其中大型活动与体育赛事又是直播节目中难度最大的直播项目。对直播管理水平的高低成为了直接影响直播成败的关键,本文旨在针对采用何种管理方式才能使大型直播项目这一复杂且流畅繁多的项目工作进行的更加高效。随着项目管理理论与方法不断的发展与完善,国内传媒行业曾成功的将项目管理理论应用在大型晚会与体育赛事的实践工作中,并且沈阳广播电视台的规范化管理需求也促使项目管理相关理论知识的应用在直播项目中。本文研究项目管理理论在沈阳广播电视台的直播项目中的应用。论文首先回顾研究背景,提出问题,阐述本文宗旨,介绍研究方法和内容;其次,本文对相关项目管理理论进行综述与分析;再次,本文阐述项目管理理论应用到电视直播中的动因;最后,论文以沈阳电视台参与全运会直播项目为案例,对项目管理理论在沈阳电视台直播项目中的具体应用进行了综述。本文通过研究得出结论:将项目管理理论引入到沈阳广播电视台在直播项目中是有效的,可根据不同的直播项目的自身条件与特点,进行不同的项目管理,并且可以将其推广到其他类似项目中去,提高管理水平与工作效率。
[Abstract]:At present, the rapid development of live television technology has made live TV programs become one of the most popular program forms, in which large-scale activities and sports events are the most difficult live broadcast programs. The management level of direct broadcast has become the key to the success or failure of direct broadcast. The purpose of this paper is to focus on how to use the management method to make this complex and smooth project work more efficient. With the continuous development and improvement of project management theory and methods, the domestic media industry has successfully applied the project management theory to the practical work of large-scale evening and sports events. And the demand of standardized management of Shenyang Radio and TV Station also promotes the application of relevant theoretical knowledge of project management in the live broadcast project. This paper studies the application of project management theory in the direct broadcast project of Shenyang Radio and Television Station. Firstly, this paper reviews the research background, raises questions, expounds the purpose of this paper, introduces the research methods and contents; secondly, this paper summarizes and analyzes the relevant project management theory; thirdly, This paper expounds the motivation of the application of the project management theory to the direct broadcast of TV. Finally, the paper summarizes the concrete application of the theory of project management in the direct broadcast project of Shenyang TV station by taking Shenyang TV station as an example to participate in the live broadcast project of the National Games. This paper draws a conclusion through the research: it is effective to introduce the project management theory into the direct broadcast project of Shenyang Radio and Television Station, and can carry on different project management according to the condition and characteristic of different live broadcast project. And it can be extended to other similar projects to improve management and efficiency.
