成都商报新闻客户端用户使用行为影响因素研究

【摘要】:2014年8月18日和2016年2月19日习近平主席分别指出“推动传统媒体与新媒体深度融合”和“党的新闻舆论工作要推动融合发展,主动借助新媒体传播优势”,媒体融合上升为国家战略高度。就传统媒体借助新媒体发展来说,新闻客户端成为最主要的形式。截止2015年,主流传统媒体新闻客户端数量已达到231个,形成了“东澎湃,南并读,西封面,北无界,中九派”的格局。成都商报于2015年5月推出成都商报新闻客户端,截止2016年3月,商报客户端用户数量突破55万,下载量达31.2万。作为西部主流报纸之一的《成都商报》,其在新闻客户端上的发展情况是怎样?用户对该客户端的实际使用情况是怎样?哪些因素会影响用户的使用?客户端需要从哪些方面进行改进?本研究将围绕这些问题展开。本研究从用户的角度出发,采用深度访谈法、文献分析法和问卷调查法对可能产生影响的因素、用户满意度和使用行为三者的关系进行研究,并对影响因素进行进一步分析。在研究准备阶段,通过深度访谈法和文献分析法对变量进行提取;在研究设计阶段,对提取到的共12个变量提出假设和进行操作化定义,并设计问卷;在研究实施阶段,通过网络方式进行问卷发放和回收;在数据统计分析阶段,采用Spss20.0对假设进行检验,得出研究结论;在进一步分析阶段,将影响因素和客户端实际进行结合分析,发现客户端现存问题,以此为基础提出发展策略。本次研究一方面在于探究影响用户使用商报客户端的因素,另一方面在于考察用户实际使用情况和商报预期是否相符,并发现从中存在的问题。影响因素研究结果显示,有8个变量与满意度存在显著相关关系,满意度与使用行为存在显著正向相关关系。结合影响因素和客户端实际得出的结论有:(1)深度报道是客户端新闻的质量保证,但新闻编辑仍然存在瑕疵;(2)本地新闻的供应满足不了用户的需求;(3)内容呈现的趣味性深受欢迎但在制作技术上仍需提升;(4)爬虫功能的即时性被淡化;(5)客户端互动性极度缺乏;(6)服务信息较服务栏目更受欢迎;(7)时间成本负向影响用户满意度;(8)界面的简洁是用户感知易用性对满意度产生影响的主要原因;(9)从众心理和刻板印象影响用户是否使用商报客户端。本文旨在通过上述研究结果,对商报客户端未来的发展起到借鉴作用,同时,对于其他报业在客户端的开发上有所启示。
[Abstract]:On 18 August 2014 and 19 February 2016, respectively, President Xi Jinping pointed out that "promoting the deep integration of traditional media and new media" and "the Party's press and public opinion work should promote integration and development, and take advantage of the advantages of new media communication", Media integration has risen to a national strategic height. As for the development of traditional media with the help of new media, news client has become the most important form. As of 2015, the number of news clients in mainstream traditional media has reached 231, forming the pattern of "East surging, South and Reading, West cover, North Unbounded, Middle Nine". Chengdu Commercial Daily launched the Chengdu Business News client in May 2015. By March 2016, the number of customers in Chengdu Commercial Daily had exceeded 550000, with 312000 downloads. As one of the western mainstream newspapers, what is the development of Chengdu Business Daily on the news client? What is the actual use of the client by the user? What factors affect the user's use? Where do clients need to improve? This study will focus on these issues. From the point of view of users, this study uses in-depth interview, literature analysis and questionnaire survey to study the relationship among the possible factors, user satisfaction and use behavior, and to further analyze the influencing factors. In the study preparation stage, the variables are extracted by in-depth interview and literature analysis; in the research and design stage, the 12 variables extracted are hypothesized and operationally defined, and a questionnaire is designed. In the stage of data statistical analysis, the hypothesis is tested by Spss20.0, and the conclusion is drawn. In the further analysis stage, the influencing factors are combined with the actual client. The existing problems of client are found, and the development strategy is put forward on the basis of this. On the one hand, this study is to explore the factors that affect the user's use of the client, on the other hand, to investigate whether the actual use of the user and the expectation of the commercial newspaper are consistent, and to find out the existing problems from the perspective. The results showed that there were 8 variables with significant correlation with satisfaction, and there was a significant positive correlation between satisfaction and use behavior. The conclusions are as follows: (1) In-depth reporting is the quality assurance of client-side news. However, news editors still have defects; (2) the supply of local news can not meet the needs of users; (3) the interest of content presentation is popular but still needs to be improved in production technology; (4) the instantaneity of reptile function is desalinated; (5) the interaction between clients is weakened. Extreme lack of sex; (6) service information is more popular than service column; (7) time cost negatively affects user satisfaction; (8) simplicity of user interface is the main reason for the impact of user perceived usability on satisfaction; (9) conformity psychology and stereotype Affects whether the user uses the Business Paper client. The purpose of this paper is to use the above research results for reference for the future development of the clients of the Business Daily, and at the same time, to enlighten the other newspapers in the development of the clients.
