【摘要】：中国OTT TV的发展图景与美国最本质的区别在于美国是一个开放式的OTT系统,用户可以根据自己的习惯在网络与电视载体上定制各种各样的服务与内容。OTT TV在中国发展的初期,确实也经历了自由的时期,OTT TV制造商如雨后春笋般出现,但质量良莠不齐。版权问题与低成本的终端设备隐患让OTT TV市场陷入混乱。
[Abstract]:The most essential difference between the development of OTT TV in China and that of the United States is that the United States is an open OTT system. According to their habits, users can customize various services and content. OTT TV on the Internet and TV carriers in the early stages of their development in China.
