信息融合视角下的专家应急会诊平台研究

【摘要】：[目的/意义]基于三方面背景分析:公共安全形势强化应急咨询职能、社交媒介影响改变专家发现模式和应急专家意见融合亟待寻求高效收敛算法,说明专家应急会诊平台构建的必要性。[方法/过程]从信息融合视角,首先描述了平台体系架构和功能框架,定义了用户需求与意见表达入口;然后依序描绘了专家会诊团队构建的流程:专家信息采集、专家特征表示、专家聚类、专家排名、团队构建,并归整了意见融合的步骤。[结果/结论]依上构建的专家应急会诊原型平台,可为突发事件的开放诊断提供可能。[局限]平台数据量还不够,模块之间耦合程度有待提升。
[Abstract]:[objective / significance] based on three aspects of background analysis: the public security situation strengthens the emergency consultation function, the social media influence changes the expert discovery pattern and the emergency expert opinion fusion urgently needs to seek the efficient convergence algorithm. The necessity of constructing expert emergency consultation platform is explained. [methods / process] from the perspective of information fusion, this paper first describes the platform architecture and functional framework, and defines the user needs and the expression of views. Then the process of expert consultation team construction is described in sequence: expert information collection, expert feature representation, expert clustering, expert ranking, team building, and the steps of opinion fusion. Results / conclusion: the prototype platform of expert emergency consultation can provide possibility for open diagnosis of emergencies. [limitations] platform data is not enough, the degree of coupling between modules needs to be improved.
