“微时代”网络谣言的传播机制研究——一种基于典型案例的分析

【摘要】：随着媒介革命的纵深发展,中国新媒体发展已经进入了"微时代"。与之相应的是,网络谣言层出不穷,使得网络成为媒体危机甚至诸多突发事件恶化的媒介,导致社会风险扩大化、恶性化发展。网络谣言具有明显的社会危害性,在义愤心理、信息流瀑、从众效应、群体极化和偏颇吸收的作用下,本身即形成了一定的自我强化机制。因此,针对新媒体时代网络社会的新常态,必须强化网络社会制度规范,创新网络社会治理模式,切实提高网络谣言的治理能力,发挥网络积极正面的功能,使之趋利避害。
[Abstract]:With the in-depth development of the media revolution, China's new media development has entered a "micro-era". Correspondingly, the network rumors emerge one after another, making the network become the medium of the media crisis and even the deterioration of many unexpected events, which leads to the expansion and vicious development of the social risk. The network rumor has obvious social harmfulness. Under the action of indignation psychology, information flow waterfall, crowd effect, group polarization and bias absorption, the self-strengthening mechanism has formed itself. Therefore, in view of the new normal of the network society in the new media era, we must strengthen the norms of the network society system, innovate the governance mode of the network society, effectively improve the management ability of the network rumors, give full play to the positive and positive functions of the network, and make it seek advantages and avoid disadvantages.
