媒体融合背景下少儿报刊编辑转型路径研究

【摘要】:在传媒生态剧变、报刊业面临严峻挑战和国家大力倡导媒体融合的大环境下,隶属于行业报刊的少儿报刊不断探索适合自身的媒体融合之路。传统纸媒在媒体融合和数字化转型的过程中,最艰难、最核心的环节就是一线从业人员的转型。作为少儿报刊一线从业人员且为核心内容生产者的编辑,其地位举足轻重。本文聚焦国内少儿报刊编辑的转型问题,并结合转型进程中的各项创新举措,对媒体融合新语境下少儿报刊编辑的转型思路与路径作出理性思考,回应报刊业转型发展中亟待解决的紧迫现实问题。全文由六部分内容组成:绪论首先阐明研究目的和意义,梳理已有的相关研究成果,并对本文的研究思路和研究方法作简要说明。第二部分简略回顾少儿报刊的发展历程,交代国内少儿报刊在纸媒寒冬中逆势发展的背景,阐明媒体融合语境中少儿报刊发展新趋势,强调了编辑转型的必要性。第三部分通过调查问卷和访谈等方式获取了受众对少儿报刊新需求的有关信息和一线少儿报刊编辑的传播观念及工作现状,对其存在的问题做了分析,指出少儿报刊编辑面临转变观念,转换视角,学习和掌握新媒体知识、技术等一系列挑战。第四部分重点剖析近期少儿报刊媒体融合转型的突破口——微信公众号,以一报一刊微信公众号为定量分析的样本,通过对样本的内容、互动情况和推广方式的剖析,有针对性地提出编辑运营新媒体平台的编辑策略。第五部分是对媒体融合背景下少儿报刊编辑角色的深层思考,提出编辑转型需要注重角色定位的转换,思想观念的转变,创新工作流程和工作机制,变革人才培养模式等。结语对本文核心观点作出概括,并对少儿报刊的发展前景与编辑转型趋势作出前瞻,如依托专业背景,拓展多元化用户;联结用户,提供立体式服务;营建网络社区;大力推行NIE运动等。
[Abstract]:Under the environment of severe changes in media ecology, newspaper industry facing severe challenges and national advocacy of media integration, children's newspapers and periodicals affiliated with industry newspapers and periodicals continue to explore the way of media integration suitable for themselves. In the process of media integration and digital transformation, the traditional paper media is the most difficult, and the core link is the transformation of front-line employees. As a front-line employee of children's newspapers and periodicals and an editor of core content producers, it plays an important role. This paper focuses on the transformation of children's newspaper editors in China, and combined with the innovative measures in the process of transformation, makes rational thinking on the transformation ideas and paths of children's newspaper editors in the new context of media integration, and responds to the urgent practical problems that need to be solved urgently in the transformation and development of the newspaper industry. The full text is composed of six parts: the introduction first clarifies the purpose and significance of the study, combs the existing relevant research results, and briefly explains the research ideas and methods of this paper. The second part briefly reviews the development course of children's newspapers and periodicals, explains the background of the development of domestic children's newspapers and periodicals in the cold winter of paper media, expounds the new development trend of children's newspapers and periodicals in the context of media fusion, and emphasizes the necessity of editing transformation. The third part obtains the relevant information about the audience's new demand for children's newspapers and periodicals through questionnaires and interviews, and the communication concept and work status of the first-line children's newspaper editors, analyzes the existing problems, and points out that the children's newspaper editors are faced with a series of challenges, such as changing ideas, changing perspectives, learning and mastering new media knowledge, technology and so on. The fourth part focuses on the WeChat official account, which is the breakthrough point of the media fusion transformation of children's newspapers and periodicals in the near future. Taking one WeChat official account as the sample of quantitative analysis, through the analysis of the sample content, interaction and promotion mode, this paper puts forward the editing strategy of editing and operating the new media platform. The fifth part is the deep thinking on the role of the editor of children's newspapers and periodicals under the background of media integration, and puts forward that the transformation of editing needs to pay attention to the transformation of role orientation, the change of ideology, the innovation of work flow and working mechanism, and the reform of talent training mode. The conclusion summarizes the core viewpoints of this paper, and looks forward to the development prospect and editorial transformation trend of children's newspapers and periodicals, such as relying on professional background, expanding diversified users, connecting users, providing three-dimensional services, building network communities, vigorously promoting NIE movement and so on.
