微信公众平台性教育对大学生知信行的影响

【摘要】：目的探讨利用微信公众平台进行性教育对大学生知识、态度、行为的影响,评价微信公众平台在大学生性教育中的应用效果。方法随机选取四川大学2所学院,在2所学院内各随机抽取100名大学生分别作为干预组和对照组,干预组大学生进行为期3个月的微信公众平台性教育,在干预前后通过问卷调查明了2组大学生在性相关的知、信、行等方面的改变情况。结果干预后,对照组在性知识、性态度、性行为各方面得分较干预前均无明显变化(P0.05);干预组大学生在性心理(2.65±0.97 vs 1.74±0.73)、性生理(2.33±0.74vs 1.74±0.73)、性与法律(2.65±0.97 vs 2.12±0.98)等方面较干预前有所提高,差异有统计学意义(P0.05),干预组大学生仅有对待性相关行为的正确认识(2.17±0.83 vs 2.51±0.87)较干预前提高(P0.05)干预后,干预组大学生在性相关行为的各方面得分较干预前无明显变化(P0.05)。干预后,与对照组相比,干预组大学生对性相关知识的掌握程度提高(2.51±0.56 vs 1.99±0.57;2.33±0.74 vs 1.44±0.68;2.65±0.97 vs2.31±0.98;2.11±0.29 vs 1.06±0.31),对性相关行为的态度得分提高(2.51±0.87 vs 2.11±0.78),差异有统计学意义(P0.05),性相关行为得分无明显变化,差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论利用微信公众平台进行性教育对大学生性相关的知识、态度有较好的促进作用,在大学生性教育中属于新的、有效的手段。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the influence of sex education on college students' knowledge, attitude and behavior by using WeChat public platform, and to evaluate the application effect of WeChat public platform in college students' sex education. Methods two colleges of Sichuan University were randomly selected. 100 college students were randomly selected from each college as intervention group and control group, respectively. The students in the intervention group were given WeChat public platform sex education for a period of 3 months. Before and after the intervention, the changes of sex-related knowledge, credit and behavior of the two groups of college students were investigated. Results after intervention, the scores of sexual knowledge, sexual attitude and sexual behavior in the control group had no significant change compared with those before intervention (P 0.05). The sexual psychology (2.65 卤0.97 vs 1.74 卤0.73), sexual physiology (2.33 卤0.74vs 1.74 卤0.73), sex and law (2.65 卤0.97 vs 2.12 卤0.98) in the intervention group were significantly higher than those before intervention (P 0.05). The correct understanding of sex-related behavior in the intervention group (2.17 卤0.83 vs 2.51 卤0.87) was significantly higher than that before intervention (P 0.05). There was no significant change in the scores of sexual related behavior in the intervention group (P 0.05). After intervention, compared with the control group, the degree of mastery of sex-related knowledge in the intervention group was improved (2.51 卤0.56 vs 1.99 卤0.57 卤2.33 卤0.74 vs 1.44 卤0.68 vs2.31 卤0.98). 2.11 卤0.29 vs 1.06 卤0.31), the score of attitude towards sex-related behavior increased (2.51 卤0.87 vs 2.11 卤0.78), the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05), the score of sex-related behavior had no significant change, the difference was not statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion the use of WeChat public platform for sex education can promote the sex-related knowledge and attitude of college students, and it is a new and effective means in college students' sex education.
