【摘要】：亨利·戴维·梭罗是美国19世纪著名的超验主义哲学家、文学家和思想家，他敬畏大自然,热爱大自然。他认为自然是一切生命的源泉，人是自然的子女，应该回归自然。他对自然的深刻理解和亲身实践，在美国文学中是史无前例的。他的一生虽然短暂，但极富传奇。他把一生都献给了大自然，写下了许多歌颂自然、反思人与自然关系的作品，如《河上一周》、《缅因森林》、《瓦尔登湖》等等。梭罗的思想因为具有超越性和先见性，而未能被同时代的人们所认可。伴随着人们对环境问题的逐渐重视，人们对梭罗及其作品的关注和评价也越来越高，各种美誉纷至踏来，梭罗的影响力也由美国扩展到了全世界，至今魅力不减。《瓦尔登湖》是梭罗的代表作,它记录了作者两年零两个月的湖边独居生活经历及思想感悟。这部作品就是梭罗的部分独白，包括他的独立，社会体验，对精神旅程的探索，对社会的讽刺，以及自给自足的生活。梭罗一个人沉浸在大自然里，他希望通过自我反省的方式获得对这个社会更客观的理解，并寻找人与自然和谐共存的全新模式。随着全球化的环境危机以及人类精神危机的出现，使得瓦尔登湖吸引了越来越多的读者向往梭罗所描绘的和谐世界。简单生活观作为最大亮点之一，崇尚物质简朴、精神富足，通过亲近自然，达到回归自我。现实社会的浮华与浮躁使得人们误读生活本质，迷失自我；人类的生存环境也变得岌岌可危。梭罗通过对自己简单生活的记录证明了人与自然可以和谐相处，他简单的生活观为人类解决精神危机和环境危机提供了一个好的途径。为了帮助读者更好的理解梭罗的简单生活观，通过对其作品的阅读、分析和总结，阐述了简单生活观的内涵，分析其形成因素，探讨了其形成过程，并总结简单生活观的积极现实意义，有利于指导和帮助人们形成合理健康的生活方式,在大自然中学会反思自我，，不断提高个人的道德修养。

Thoreau's thought is because of transcendence and foresight, but failed at the same time recognized by people. With people increasingly attach importance to environmental problems, people pay more attention to the evaluation of Thoreau and his works and the higher reputation come continually influence by the United States, Thoreau extended to the whole world, so far no charm.

In order to help the readers better understand the view of Thoreau, through his works reading, analysis and summary, expounds the connotation of simple life concept, analysis the forming factors, discusses its formation process, and summarize the positive realistic meaning of simple life concept, to guide and help people to form a reasonable and healthy way of life, in nature, learn self reflection, and constantly improve the individual Moral cultivation.
