【摘要】：在二十世纪的美国文坛上，索尔?贝娄是一位举足轻重的人物，，作为一名犹太裔的美国作家，他身上集合了犹太的和美国的双重经验。贝娄的作品对二战后人类的普遍生存处境倾注了关照，《雨王汉德森》是贝娄中年时的一部力作，其中通过描写一位美国犹太富翁由于精神生活极度空虚带来的痛苦和在现实世界和观念世界所进行的探索,反映了二战后丰裕社会中灵魂的衰亡和困境。本文对《雨王汉德森》中所蕴含的犹太意识进行了挖掘，文章共分为四大章，第一章对索尔?贝娄思想中的犹太意识的来源作了简单的介绍，第二章分析了小说所体现出来的三个犹太母题，即“受难—救赎”母题、“父与子”母题及“流浪”母题，第三章从结构、人物和意象三方面研究小说中所运用的犹太原型，第四章阐释了小说中所蕴含着的犹太传统价值，包括重视人和生命以及博爱精神两部分。本文细致解读了小说中的犹太历史文化内涵，以期让读者更好地把握《雨王汉德森》的写作主旨和文化深意。
[Abstract]:In the twentieth century American literature, Saul? Bellow is a very important figure, as a Jewish American writer, he gathers both Jewish and American experience. Bellow's works pay close attention to the general survival of mankind after World War II. Henderson the Rain King is a masterpiece of Bellow's middle age. By describing the suffering caused by the extreme emptiness of the spiritual life of an American Jewish millionaire and his exploration in the real world and the world of ideas, it reflects the decline and plight of the soul in the affluent society after the second World War. This paper excavates the Jewish consciousness in Henderson the Rain King. The article is divided into four chapters. The source of Jewish consciousness in Bellow's thought is briefly introduced. The second chapter analyzes the three Jewish motifs embodied in the novel, that is, "suffering-redemption", "Father and son" and "wandering". The fourth chapter explains the Jewish traditional values contained in the novel, including attaching importance to human beings and life and the spirit of fraternity. This paper interprets the Jewish historical and cultural connotations in the novel in order to make readers better grasp the main theme and cultural meaning of Henderson the Rain King.
