【摘要】：黄玉雪（Jade Snow Wong）是第一个被美国白人社会广泛接受的美国华裔女作家，是美国华裔文学史上具有划时代意义的作家。她的作品《华女阿五》作为美国华裔文学早期的重要作品，一经出版便在美国取得巨大成功，这种成功具有开拓性和创造性，该小说成为谭恩美等新生代美国华裔女作家自传体小说的重要先驱，，也成为我们今天研究华裔文学、社会和历史的重要文本。本论文主要对《华女阿五》的主题进行系统研究。通过研究，我们可以更好地理解它在美国取得巨大成功的原因，进一步了解美国的唐人街以及生活在其间的华人的生活，为增进对美国华裔文学的了解提供一个新的视角。全文共分五个部分。绪论部分主要对“美国华裔文学”进行界定，笔者认为美国华裔文学是具有美国国籍的华人用英语创作的文学。此外论述了黄玉雪在美国华裔文学中的地位，以及近年来国内外学术界对《华女阿五》的研究现状以及笔者写作本论文的意图。第一章探讨了“美国梦”主题。主要追溯“美国梦”这一术语的起源，结合“美国梦”在美国不同历史时期以及在不同历史时期的不同文学作品中的反映，对“美国梦”进行阐释。然后对作品《华女阿五》中玉雪通过个人努力而达到所追求的幸福这一“美国梦”实现的背景、条件和特点以及如何在作品中体现出来的，进行详细分析。通过对“美国梦”的阐释以及作家在实现梦想的过程中所付出的努力来说明美国华裔实现美国梦的艰难。第二章阐述了“身份”主题。主要结合文化身份理论，通过玉雪的身份探求历程——以华人身份为骄傲→解构华人身份→意识到华裔美国人身份→双重身份建构，对黄玉雪的双重身份建构进行剖析,解读黄玉雪试图在中美文化之间找到平衡的愿望：华裔美国人既是美国人也是中国人，两种身份可以并存。同时从女性身份的角度，论述玉雪女性意识的觉醒以及她代表了真正的华裔女性形象。本论文认为女性只有建构起女性的主体性，凸显作为女性的自我意识，表现出对父权统治和种族歧视的抗争，才能找到自我，寻求到相对稳定的自我感和存在感。第三章阐释了“中国情结”主题。具有双重身份的华裔作家有着强烈的中国情结。但是作为在美国出生的新一代华裔作家，他们在中美两种文化的冲突和碰撞中艰难生存、寻找出路，很难将自己的中国情结完全自由地释放出来。于是这些用英语写作的华裔作家将祖国的文化与所在国的文化历史和风俗习惯融合在一起，用所在国家的语言表达出来，使祖国的文化内核拥有了崭新的意义，将他们的中国情结在文本中加以表现。本论文主要通过作家在作品中对唐人街社会的仪式化家庭生活和家族意识的描写，论述《华女阿五》中国情结再现主题。结语部分对论文进行总结概括，再次强调本论文的观点。
[Abstract]:Jade Snow Wong is the first Chinese American woman writer widely accepted by white American society and an epoch-making writer in the history of Chinese American literature. As an important work in the early period of Chinese American literature, her work, A V, has achieved great success in the United States since it was published. This kind of success is pioneering and creative. This novel has become an important pioneer of the autobiographical novels of the new generation of Chinese American female writers, such as Amy Tan, and has also become an important text in our study of Chinese literature, society and history today. This thesis mainly studies the theme of "Hua Nu A V". Through research, we can better understand the reasons for its great success in the United States, further understand the Chinatown in the United States and the life of the Chinese people living in it, and provide a new perspective for enhancing the understanding of Chinese American literature. The full text is divided into five parts. The introduction mainly defines Chinese American literature. The author thinks that Chinese American literature is written in English by Chinese people with American nationality. In addition, it discusses the status of Huang Yuxue in Chinese American literature, the current research situation of the Chinese woman A V in the academic circles at home and abroad in recent years, and the author's intention to write this paper. The first chapter discusses the theme of the American Dream. This paper mainly traces the origin of the term "American Dream" and interprets "American Dream" according to the reflection of "American Dream" in different periods of American history and in different literary works of different historical periods. Then the background, conditions and characteristics of the realization of the "American Dream" in Yuxue through personal efforts are analyzed in detail. Through the interpretation of the American Dream and the efforts made by the writers in the process of realizing the dream, this paper illustrates the difficulty of realizing the American Dream for Chinese Americans. The second chapter expounds the theme of identity. Mainly combining with the theory of cultural identity, through the process of seeking Yu Xue's identity-to deconstruct the Chinese identity by taking the Chinese identity as the pride; to realize the dual identity construction of the Chinese American identity; and to analyze Huang Yuxue's dual identity construction. Interpretation of Huang Yuxue's desire to find a balance between Chinese and American cultures: Chinese Americans are both American and Chinese, and the two identities can coexist. At the same time, from the angle of female identity, it discusses the awakening of Yuxue's female consciousness and her representation of the true Chinese female image. This paper holds that women can find themselves and seek a relatively stable sense of self and existence only if they construct their subjectivity, highlight their self-consciousness as women, and demonstrate their resistance to patriarchal rule and racial discrimination. The third chapter explains the theme of Chinese complex. Chinese writers with dual identities have a strong Chinese complex. However, as a new generation of Chinese writers born in the United States, they are struggling to survive and find a way out in the conflict and collision between Chinese and American cultures, and it is very difficult to release their Chinese complex completely and freely. As a result, these Chinese-American writers, who write in English, combine the culture of the motherland with the cultural history and customs of the country in which they live, and express it in the language of the country in which it is written, so that the cultural core of the motherland has a new meaning. Express their Chinese complex in the text. This thesis mainly discusses the theme of Chinese complex by describing the ritualized family life and family consciousness in Chinatown society. The conclusion part summarizes the thesis and emphasizes the point of view again.
