定期进行产检对降低孕妇母婴并发症发生率的临床价值

【摘要】：目的 :探讨分析定期进行产检对降低孕妇母婴并发症发生率的临床价值。方法 :选取2014年6月~2015年6月间我院收治的孕妇100例作为研究对象,采用随机数表法将其分为对照组(50例)和观察组(50例),为对照组孕妇进行不定期产检,为观察组孕妇进行定期产检,然后观察对比两组孕妇的母婴并发症发生情况,并将对比的结果及两组孕妇的临床资料进行回顾性的分析。结果 :观察组孕妇的并发症发生率明显低于对照组孕妇,观察组孕妇新生儿并发症的发生率明显低于对照组孕妇的新生儿,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论 :定期对孕妇进行产检能显著降低母婴并发症的发生率,值得在临床上推广应用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the clinical value of regular antenatal examination in reducing the incidence of maternal and infant complications in pregnant women. Methods: from June 2014 to June 2015, 100 pregnant women admitted to our hospital from June 2014 to June 2015 were randomly divided into two groups: control group (50 cases) and observation group (50 cases), which were randomly divided into two groups: control group (n = 50) and observation group (n = 50). The maternal and infant complications were observed and compared between the two groups. The results of the comparison and the clinical data of the two groups were analyzed retrospectively. Results: the incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the incidence of neonatal complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P0.05). Conclusion: regular antenatal examination of pregnant women can significantly reduce the incidence of maternal and infant complications, and it is worth popularizing and applying in clinical practice.
