复合麻醉在医学美容手术中的应用及效果观察

【摘要】：目的:研究并分析复合麻醉在医学美容手术中的应用及效果。方法:将2013年7月至2014年7月在我院开展医学美容手术的68例患者纳入本研究,分为复合麻醉组与常规麻醉组各34例,对于复合麻醉组患者,匀速滴注0.6 mg/kg氯胺酮、2 mg/kg丙泊酚与0.002 mg/kg芬太尼,观察麻醉状态,并注射8 mg/h丙泊酚,直至手术结束。对于常规麻醉组患者,应用安定进行诱导,滴注0.1%氯胺酮与1%普鲁卡因复合液,并应用羧基丁酸钠,直到手术结束。结果:在麻醉效果上,复合麻醉组Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级、Ⅳ级例数分别为29、4、1、0,常规麻醉组Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级、Ⅳ级例数20、12、2、0,复合麻醉组麻醉效果显然优于常规麻醉组(P0.05)。在手术效果上,两组患者均满意,其中复合麻醉组中1例患者躁动,常规麻醉组中2例恶心、呕吐。结论:在医学美容手术中,应用丙泊酚、芬太尼与氯胺酮的复合麻醉方式,效果理想、操作简单、镇痛效果好,患者舒适度高,能够有效降低不良反应发生率,值得进行大范围推广。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study and analyze the application and effect of compound anesthesia in medical cosmetic surgery.
