酮咯酸氨丁三醇超前应用对小儿断指再植术后镇痛效果的影响

【摘要】：目的观察酮咯酸氨丁三醇超前应用对小儿断指再植术后镇痛效果的影响。方法选择行断指再植的患儿30例,随机分为两组各15例。观察组麻醉诱导前给予酮咯酸氨丁三醇0.5 mg/kg,对照组麻醉诱导前不给予任何镇痛药物。术中采用气管插管静吸复合全身麻醉。观察术后30 min、1、2、4、6 h的疼痛评分和术后5、10、20、30 min及1 h的镇静评分,并记录不良反应发生情况。结果观察组术后6 h内各时点疼痛评分均低于对照组(P均0.01);两组术后1 h内各时点镇静评分比较均无统计学差异(P均0.05)。结论小儿断指再植术超前镇痛模式应用酮咯酸氨丁三醇可以获得安全、有效的镇痛效果。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the effect of analgesics after replantation of severed fingers. Methods Thirty children with amputated finger replantation were randomly divided into two groups (15 cases in each group). The control group was not given any analgesic drugs before anesthesia induction. Endotracheal intubation combined with general anesthesia was used. Pain scores at 30 min,1,2,4,6 after operation and sedation scores at 30 min and 1 h after operation were observed and adverse reactions were recorded. Results the pain score at each time point in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P0.01), and there was no significant difference in sedation score between the two groups within 1 hour after operation (P 0.05). Conclusion it is safe and effective to use ketocloric acid aminobutanol in analgesics mode of replantation of severed fingers in children.
