可视喉镜联合耳鼻喉麻醉喷雾器经声门气管内给药在清醒慢诱导气管插管中的应用

【摘要】：正清醒插管保留患者自主呼吸又能让患者配合,避免了控制呼吸条件下因插管失败出现的通气困难。本研究探讨清醒慢诱导气管插管中,采用可视喉镜联合耳鼻喉麻醉喷雾器(简称"喉麻管")经声门气管内给药和经环甲膜穿刺给药对患者插管过程中插管反应的影响。资料与方法一般资料本研究经医院伦理委员会批准,并与患者或家属签署知情同意书。择期ASAⅠ或Ⅱ级气管插管全麻患者60例,男31例,女29例,年龄22~50岁,体重54~87
[Abstract]:Conscious intubation can keep the patient's self-breathing and make the patient cooperate, thus avoiding the difficulty of ventilation due to the failure of intubation under controlled breathing conditions. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of visual laryngoscope combined with otolaryngological anaesthesia sprayer ("laryngoscope") on intubation reaction in patients with slow induction tracheal intubation through glottis trachea and transdecapsular puncture in the course of intubating with visual laryngoscope combined with otorhinolaryngological sprayer.
