76例非超声乳化小切口白内障手术的临床疗效观察

【摘要】：目的探讨非超声乳化小切口白内障手术的临床效果。方法对76例(89眼)白内障患者行小切口非超声乳化白内障摘除术。观察术后视力、眼压和手术并发症等情况。结果视力0.02-0.04者5例(6.6%);0.05-0.3者8例(10.5%),0.3者63(82.9%)。结论非超声乳化小切口白内障手术能有效地提高视力,是一种安全、有效的治疗白内障的手术,值得临床推广。
