我院PIVAS实施质量控制标准与细则前后工作质量对比分析

【摘要】：目的:细化静脉用药集中调配中心(PIVAS)质量标准,为提高静脉用药调配工作质量提供参考。方法:通过建立质量管理小组并制定质量标准细则等构建我院PIVAS质量控制体系,实施全面质量管理,比较实施前(2013年7月-2014年6月)与实施后(2014年7月-2015年6月)出现的质量问题发生次数,评价实施效果。结果:制定了包括人员行为标准、药品管理质量标准、监督检查质量标准等117项管理制度及14项环节质量标准与细则;实施全面质量管理后质量问题发生次数由实施前的358例下降到实施后的177例,其中调配差错发生次数占总调配量比例由0.35?下降到0.17?(P0.05)。结论:我院PIVAS通过构建质量控制体系并实施质量控制标准与细则,提高了PIVAS的工作质量。
[Abstract]:Objective: to refine the quality standard of intravenous drug distribution center (PIVASC) and to provide reference for improving the quality of intravenous drug allocation. Methods: the quality control system of PIVAS in our hospital was established by establishing quality management group and establishing quality standard rules and regulations. Total quality management (TQM) was carried out to compare the occurrence times of quality problems before (July 2013-June 2014) and after implementation (July 2014-July 2014), and to evaluate the effect of implementation. There were 117 management systems and 14 link quality standards and rules for drug management quality standards, supervision and inspection quality standards, and the number of quality problems occurred after the implementation of total quality management decreased from 358 cases before implementation to 177 cases after implementation. The ratio of the frequency of mismatch to the total amount of deployment is 0.35? Down to 0.17? Conclusion: PIVAS can improve the work quality of PIVAS by constructing quality control system and implementing quality control standards and rules.
