【摘要】：正为了稳固职称改革已经取得的成果，使专业技术职务聘任制度逐步完善，职称改革如何强化竞争机制，促使专业技术人员奋发进取，努力工作，把他们蕴藏的巨大潜力进一步发掘出来，这是“职改”工作中亟待研究和解决的一个重要课题。本文就此谈点粗浅看法。
