【摘要】：长期以来,我国大多数学校采用传统的灌输式的教学方法对中学生进行篮球教学,模板式分解技术动作教学和缺乏在比赛中实践应用,以至于学生对篮球的学习动力,态度和技术水平等方面能力的提高受到很大影响。这种现状大大的影响了青少年尤其是那些想要参与到篮球运动中,而又没有真正体会到篮球运动乐趣的学生,有损学生主动锻炼的体育意识养成,难以真正地实现学校体育教育的最终目的。连年来,针对以上状况,我国体育教育工作者通过不断地实践和理论研究的深入,正在转变原有的教学观念和教学模式,获得了许多实质性的成果,篮球教学水平也得到了很大的提高。本研究采用文献资料法、问卷调查、数据分析SSPS分析等研究方式,在以往研究的基础上和新课改的要求,在原来的教学模式中加入"比赛教学法"试图通过这种新颖的教学方法,来改变女生对篮球的学习态度;提高篮球技能水平;进而达到促进其身体形态发育和良好的运动习惯。并且以以河南省郑州市某中学的体育教学为例用"传统教学法"和"比赛教学法"进行实验分析,研究结论如下:1.通过"比赛教学法"在教学中运用发现,学生在50米短跑项目、坐位体前屈项目上成绩提高不明显。800米长跑项目、立定跳远项目上成绩有了显著提升,与采用"传统教学法"的对照班相比其优越性还是比较明显。2.通过"比赛教学法"在教学中实践发现,将比赛法运用于体育课篮球教学中,能有效地促进学生篮球基本技术的学习、学生运球控球能力、投篮能力提高是显著的提高3.通过比赛教学方法可以更有效的刺激学生与学生、促进同学之间相互沟通。师生之间增加了交流,课堂学习气氛很活跃,培养学生的运动兴趣。4.通过比赛教学方法可以培养学生自主学习、思考能力和创新意识,在教学中更能突出教学内容重点及提高教学效果。5.实验结论为,在中学体育课篮球教学中运用比赛教学法是可行的。
[Abstract]:For a long time, most schools in our country have used the traditional teaching method to teach basketball to the middle school students, the template decomposition technique movement teaching and the lack of practical application in the competition. So that the students' learning motivation, attitude and technical ability are greatly affected. This situation has greatly affected the young people, especially those who want to participate in basketball. But the students who do not really realize the fun of basketball, harm the students to take the initiative to develop the sports awareness, it is difficult to truly achieve the ultimate goal of school physical education. For years, in view of the above situation. Through continuous practice and theoretical research, physical education workers in China are changing the original teaching concept and teaching model, and have obtained many substantial results. Basketball teaching level has also been greatly improved. This study adopts the method of literature, questionnaire, data analysis, SSPS analysis and other research methods, on the basis of previous research and the requirements of the new curriculum reform. In the original teaching mode, the "game teaching method" is added to try to change the learning attitude of girls to basketball through this new teaching method. Improving basketball skills; And then to promote their body shape development and good sports habits. Taking the physical education of a middle school in Zhengzhou City, Henan Province as an example, the traditional teaching method and the competition teaching method are used to carry on the experimental analysis. The research results are as follows: 1. Through the application of "race teaching method" in the teaching, it is found that the students' achievements in the 50m sprint event and the sitting position forward and bending event are not obviously improved in the .800 meter long distance race. The result of standing long jump has been greatly improved, compared with the control class of "traditional teaching method", its superiority is still obvious. 2. Through the "competition teaching method" in teaching practice found. Applying the match method to the basketball teaching of physical education can effectively promote the students' learning of basic basketball skills and the ability of dribbling and controlling the ball. Through the competition teaching method can stimulate students and students more effectively, promote students to communicate with each other. Teachers and students have increased communication, classroom learning atmosphere is very active. Training students' sports interest .4.Through the teaching method of competition, we can cultivate students' independent learning, thinking ability and creative consciousness. The experiment conclusion is that it is feasible to use the game teaching method in the basketball teaching of middle school physical education.
