【摘要】：教育一直以来对社会的发展起着十分重要的作用,而教师不仅仅在提高教育的质量上扮演着重要的角色,也背负着传承社会文明的光荣使命。然而,随着社会的发展,职业倦怠现象开始在教育领域出现。教师的职业倦怠严重地影响着他们的身心健康,进而导致教育质量的下降。因此,教师的职业倦怠成为了一个不可忽视的问题。但是,与其他职业相比较,关于高中英语教师的职业倦怠的研究相对较少。本研究旨在探索高中英语教师总体的职业倦怠水平以及影响教师职业倦怠的相关因素是哪些。因此,本文提出以下研究问题:目前高中英语教师的总体职业倦怠的状况如何?影响高中英语教师的职业倦怠的相关因素有哪些?本研究试图通过调查问卷和访谈的方式回答这些问题。通过描述统计,本研究分析了83名来自长沙的五所高中的英语教师职业倦怠现状,并对职业倦怠的人口统计学变量进行了差异分析。研究结果如下:总体来说,高中英语教师遭受职业倦怠,但是并不严重。他们遭受着中等水平的情绪衰竭和较低水平的去个性化以及降低的个人成就感。教学经验和职称是影响高中英语教师职业倦怠的两个主要因素。有6到10年的教学经验的老师比其他教龄的老师倦怠水平要高,拥有中学二级职称的教师比拥有其他职称的教师的职业倦怠要高。在其他人口统计学变量上,比如性别、年龄、婚姻状况、学校种类、是否毕业班以及是否班主任,英语教师的倦怠水平没有显著差异。但是对比发现,男性的倦怠水平比女性高;年龄在30至40的教师比其他年龄阶段的教师倦怠水平更高;有硕士学历的教师比本科学历的教师倦怠水平稍高;已婚的教师倦怠水平要高于未婚教师;还有,来自重点高中的教师倦怠水平稍微高于来自普通高中的教师;毕业班的英语教师比非毕业班的教师倦怠水平高;班主任的倦怠水平高于非班主任的英语教师。
[Abstract]:Education has always played a very important role in the development of society, and teachers not only play an important role in improving the quality of education, but also bear the glorious mission of inheriting social civilization. With the development of society, the phenomenon of job burnout begins to appear in the field of education. Teachers' job burnout seriously affects their physical and mental health, and then leads to the decline of the quality of education. Teachers' job burnout has become a problem that can not be ignored. However, compared with other professions. There are relatively few studies on the burnout of senior English teachers. This study aims to explore the overall level of job burnout of English teachers in senior high school and the factors related to their job burnout. This paper puts forward the following research questions: what is the general status of job burnout of English teachers in senior high school? What are the related factors that affect the job burnout of English teachers in senior high school? The present study attempts to answer these questions by questionnaires and interviews. By descriptive statistics, the present study analyzes the present situation of job burnout of 83 English teachers from five senior high schools in Changsha. The demographic variables of job burnout are analyzed. The results are as follows: generally speaking, high school English teachers suffer from job burnout. But it is not serious. They suffer from middle level of emotional exhaustion, low level of depersonalization and reduced personal accomplishment. Teaching experience and professional title are the two main factors that affect the high school English teachers' job burnout. Teachers with 6 to 10 years of teaching experience had higher levels of burnout than those with other teaching years. Teachers with secondary school titles have higher job burnout than teachers with other titles. In other demographic variables, such as sex, age, marital status, school type. There was no significant difference in the level of burnout of English teachers between graduating class and class teacher. However, the comparison showed that the burnout level of male was higher than that of female. Teachers aged 30 to 40 had higher burnout levels than those in other age groups. Teachers with master's degree had higher burnout level than those with undergraduate degree. The burnout level of married teachers is higher than that of unmarried teachers. In addition, the level of teacher burnout from key high schools is slightly higher than that of teachers from ordinary high schools; The English teachers in the graduating class are higher in burnout than those in the non-graduating class. The burnout level of class teachers is higher than that of non-class teachers.
