课堂观察在高中思想政治课教学中的运用研究

【摘要】:随着素质教育和课程改革的不断推进,教育工作者致力于从各种角度寻求改进课堂的方法。教师的授课能力成为课程改革的重要方面。课堂观察从“教学评价提升教师的专业技能”观念出发,力求改进课堂教学。与传统的听评课相比课堂观察采用了大量的技术手段,将定量方法和定性方法相结合,是一种创新的听评课方式,亦可说是一种新的教学研究方法。学界对于课堂观察的研究已有很多,多数集中于对其的程序的研究和意义的探索。部分学者致力于课堂观察在具体课程中的运用,将其与具体课程的结合。本文通过论述课堂观察在高中思政课教学中的运用,发现不足并归因,提出优化对策。力求提升思政教师专业技能,改进高中思想政治课课堂教学。本文主要分为三个部分:第一部分:课堂观察概念的界定。这部分主要包括课堂观察的含义、特征、理论基础,以及与传统的听评课相比课堂观察的不同之处。第二部分:明确课堂观察在高中思政课教学中运用的重要作用,体现评价理念、促进知行合一、提升专业素养,提高教学效率。第三章结合高中思想政治课课本内容《处理民族关系的基本原则》,详细展示了课堂观察在高中思想政治课教学中的运用,并论述了在观察过程中存在的问题及原因分析。第三部分:在考虑问题及结合原因的基础上,提出了课堂观察在高中思政课教学中运用的优化策略,精简课堂观察的程序、加强专业学习、教师选点要聚焦、教研组要集聚发展、促进资源的交流与共享,以促进课堂观察的“常态化”、学科化”、“主题化”。改进课堂观察在高中思想政治课教学中的运用,提高思想政治课的教学效果。课堂教学效果的欠佳不一定在于教师,但是课堂教学效果的成功改善定是因为教师。课堂观察是一种通过提高教师授课能力来达到课堂效果改善的方法,在实际的运用过程中,我们要充分利用其优势,使其更好地为高中思想政治课教学服务。
[Abstract]:With the development of quality education and curriculum reform. Educators are committed to finding ways to improve the classroom from various angles. Teachers' teaching ability has become an important aspect of curriculum reform. Classroom observation starts from the concept of "teaching evaluation to enhance teachers' professional skills". Try to improve classroom teaching. Compared with the traditional listening and evaluation courses, classroom observation has adopted a large number of technical means, the combination of quantitative and qualitative methods is an innovative listening and evaluation methods. It can be said that it is a new teaching research method. There has been a lot of research on classroom observation in academic circles. Most of them focus on the research of its procedure and significance. Some scholars focus on the application of classroom observation in specific courses. This paper discusses the application of classroom observation in senior high school ideological and political teaching, finds out the deficiency and attribution, and puts forward the optimized countermeasures to improve the professional skills of ideological and political teachers. This article is divided into three parts: the first part: the definition of the concept of classroom observation. This part mainly includes the meaning, characteristics and theoretical basis of classroom observation. And compared with the traditional listening and evaluating class observation is different. The second part: make clear the important role of classroom observation in senior high school ideological and political teaching, reflect the evaluation concept, promote the integration of knowledge and practice, improve professional literacy. The third chapter shows the application of classroom observation in high school ideological and political course teaching in detail, combining with the content of high school ideological and political lesson textbook "basic principles of dealing with ethnic relations". The third part: on the basis of considering the problems and combining the reasons, the author puts forward the optimization strategy of classroom observation in the high school ideological and political teaching. We should streamline the procedures of classroom observation, strengthen professional learning, focus on teachers' selection and focus, and concentrate on the development of teaching and research groups, so as to promote the exchange and sharing of resources, so as to promote the "normalization" and subjectivization of classroom observation. To improve the application of classroom observation in high school ideological and political course teaching and improve the teaching effect of ideological and political course. The poor teaching effect does not necessarily lie in the teacher. However, the successful improvement of classroom teaching effect is due to teachers. Classroom observation is a method to improve classroom effect by improving teachers' teaching ability, in the process of practical application. We should make full use of its advantages to make it better for the high school ideological and political teaching services.
