中学体育教师教学能力评价体系的初步构建

【摘要】:体育教师的教学能力是确保学校体育课程教学质量的保证,是衡量体育教师职业素质的主要因素,是体育教师能力结构中应该具备的最基本的能力。中学体育教师的教学能力在其所处的特殊阶段和地位更是其确保体育课教学质量的重中之重,新课改后,课程标准对体育教师的教学能力提出了更高的要求,因此它的重要性更是不言而喻。目前专门针对中学体育教师教学能力的研究较少,且研究缺乏科学性和系统性,比较权威科学的评价体系还没有建立健全,从而导致了中学体育教师教学能力发展方向的迷失。如何才能科学的全面的评价中学体育教师教学能力,有效的解决当前中学体育教师教学能力发展中存在的问题,设计一套能够科学的、全面的反映中学体育教师教学能力的评价体系就成为当务之急。本研究采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、特尔斐法、数理统计法、层次分析法以及逻辑分析法初步构建中学体育教师教学能力评价指标体系,并使之具体化和具有可操作性,为科学评价中学体育教师的教学能力,促进中学体育教师教学能力的发展以及改善中学体育课教学质量提供一定的理论参考。研究结果如下:(1)通过三轮专家问卷从而确定了中学体育教师教学能力评价的指标体系,该指标体系由4个一级指标(教学设计能力、教学实施能力、教学评价能力、教学应具备的拓展能力)、14个二级指标以及31个三级指标构成。(2)运用层次分析法对专家给出的指标两两比较的重要性程度判定结果进行一、二、三级指标权重计算,其中一级指标的权重值为教学设计能力0.166、教学实施能力0.663、教学评价能力0.102、教学应具备的拓展能力0.068,且各级指标权重均经过一致性检验和理论分析,从而证明了指标权重设置的合理性。(3)将该评价指标体系在临沂市第一中学进行了实践检验,结果表明该评价指标体系具有一定的可行性和实用性,能够客观区分出中学体育教师教学能力水平的高低,为中学体育教师教学能力的发展提供理论参考和导航作用。
[Abstract]:The teaching ability of PE teachers is the guarantee to ensure the teaching quality of PE courses in schools, and the main factor to measure the professional quality of PE teachers. It is the most basic ability that should be possessed in the structure of PE teachers' ability. The teaching ability of middle school PE teachers is the most important to ensure the quality of PE teaching in the special stage and position of PE teachers. The curriculum standard has put forward higher requirements to the teaching ability of PE teachers, so its importance is self-evident. At present, there are few researches on PE teachers' teaching ability in middle schools, and the research is lack of scientific and systematic. The relatively authoritative and scientific evaluation system has not been established and perfected, which leads to the loss of the direction of the development of the teaching ability of the middle school PE teachers. How to evaluate the teaching ability of the middle school PE teachers scientifically and comprehensively? It is urgent to effectively solve the problems existing in the development of teaching ability of middle school PE teachers, and design a set of evaluation system that can scientifically and comprehensively reflect the teaching ability of middle school PE teachers. Expert interview method, Delphi method, mathematical statistics method, analytic hierarchy process method and logic analysis method are used to construct the evaluation index system of middle school PE teachers' teaching ability, and make it concrete and operable. In order to scientifically evaluate the teaching ability of middle school PE teachers, To promote the development of middle school PE teachers' teaching ability and to improve the teaching quality of middle school physical education. The research results are as follows: 1) through three rounds of expert questionnaires, the index system of middle school PE teachers' teaching ability evaluation is determined. The index system consists of four first-level indexes (teaching design ability, teaching implementation ability, teaching evaluation ability, etc.). The ability to expand teaching, 14 secondary indexes and 31 third-grade indexes are used to calculate the weight of the indexes given by experts by using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP). The weights of the first class indexes are teaching design ability 0.166, teaching implementation ability 0.663, teaching evaluation ability 0.102, teaching expansion ability 0.068. Therefore, the rationality of setting index weight is proved. (3) the evaluation index system is tested in Linyi No. 1 Middle School, and the result shows that the evaluation index system has certain feasibility and practicability. It can objectively distinguish the level of middle school PE teachers' teaching ability and provide theoretical reference and navigation for the development of middle school PE teachers' teaching ability.
