济南市历下区中小学民乐社团活动现状的调查与研究

【摘要】:2001年6月中国教育部下发了关于《基础教育课程改革纲要试行》的课程改革,(也就是人们俗称的“新课改”)中最值得我们关注的便是小学课表里取消了“兴趣小组”或“第二课堂”的称呼,变成了“社团活动”(1)。随着中国教育体制改革的不断成熟,中小学音乐社团的逐步发展,从合唱班到声乐社团,从民乐队到民乐社团,从西洋管弦乐队到西洋管弦乐社团,这种以“社团”为称谓的音乐课外活动,也已悄悄成为中国基础教育课堂中必不可少的艺术教学环节。小学阶段是人生教育的基础阶段,小学音乐社团作为音乐课外活动的一部分,对于充实、丰富小学生的课余生活,为孩子们德、智、体、美、劳的全面发展,起着不可估量的作用。但是在各种音乐社团全面发展的过程中,作为音乐社团中的重要组成部分民乐社团的发展,还远远满足不了新课改后对民乐社团的期望和要求。如何全面加快民乐社团在中小学的发展,将是我们现阶段的重要任务之一。济南市历下区无论在教育条件、师资力量、学生生源等方面有着全省其它地市不可比拟的优势。历下区政府虽说每年对教育投资的比例和社团活动经费都有所提高,但在全区37所小学中,民乐社团建设及开展活动的情况仍不乐观,配套成熟、训练成规模的民乐社团寥寥无几。针对这一系列问题的思考,笔者决定对历下区小学的民乐社团展开调研,并采用文献研究法、问卷调查法、实地考察法、访谈法等方法进行研究,旨在通过分析研究能够在一定程度上探讨民乐社团发展薄弱的原因,并根据调查结果提出自己的对策建议,为历下区小学民乐社团的均衡健康发展提供一定的帮助。本文主要从四个部分来论述:第一部分主要是对理论的研究,包括研究的背景、意义及近年来对民乐社团的研究综述和研究方法的论述;第二部分主要是对济南市历下区小学民乐社团活动现状的实地调查,包括对未开展和已经开展民乐社团活动的学校教师、学生、家长的问卷调查及学校分管艺术领导的访谈调查,并且根据调查进行数据统计与分析;第三部分主要根据以上的调查结果和分析,提出历下区小学民乐社团活动现阶段存在的问题;第四部分是针对以上出现的问题提出一些发展对策,并尝试针对不同年级学生的不同水平,提出民乐社团人才梯队建设的初步构想,力求对历下区小学民乐社团活动的发展提供一定的帮助。
[Abstract]:In June 2001, the Chinese Ministry of Education issued a curriculum reform on the outline of the basic Education Curriculum Reform (commonly known as the "New Curriculum Reform"), which is most worthy of our attention is the cancellation of the "interest Primary School" in the primary school schedule. Group "or" second class ", With the development of China's educational system reform and the gradual development of music societies in primary and secondary schools, from chorus classes to vocal music societies, from folk music teams to folk music societies, from Western orchestras to Western orchestral societies, This kind of extracurricular music activity, called "community", has also quietly become an indispensable art teaching link in the Chinese elementary education classroom. Primary school is the basic stage of life education. As a part of the music extracurricular activities, the music association of primary schools can enrich and enrich the after-school life of primary school students, and contribute to the all-round development of the children's moral, intellectual, physical, aesthetic, and labor. But in the process of the all-round development of various music societies, as an important part of the music community, the development of the folk music community, It is also far from satisfying the expectations and requirements for folk music organizations after the new curriculum reform. How to comprehensively speed up the development of folk music organizations in primary and secondary schools will be an important part of Ren Wuzhi at this stage. Students have an incomparable advantage over other prefectures in the province. Although the governments of Xiaxia District have increased the proportion of investment in education and the funds for community activities each year, in the 37 primary schools in the whole region, The construction and activities of folk music associations are still not optimistic and mature. There are very few folk music associations trained into scale. In view of this series of problems, the author decided to investigate the folk music societies in Lixia district primary schools. And through the methods of literature research, questionnaire survey, field investigation, interview and so on, the purpose of this study is to explore the reasons for the weak development of folk music associations to a certain extent. According to the results of the investigation, the author puts forward his own countermeasures and suggestions, and provides some help for the balanced and healthy development of the elementary school folk music associations in Lixia District. This paper mainly discusses from four parts: the first part is mainly about the theoretical research, including the background of the research. The second part is mainly about the field investigation of the present situation of the folk music community in Lixia district of Jinan. Including the school teachers, students, parents who have not carried out and have carried out the activities of folk music associations, and the school art leaders of the survey, and according to the survey data statistics and analysis; The third part mainly based on the above investigation results and analysis, put forward the existing problems of the folk music community activities in Lixia District at the present stage; part 4th is to put forward some development countermeasures in view of the above problems. Aiming at the different levels of students in different grades, this paper puts forward a preliminary conception of talent echelon construction in folk music associations, and tries to provide some help for the development of folk music associations in primary schools in Lixia district.
