南疆地区维吾尔族初中汉语教师作业设计与评价研究

【摘要】:语言是人类互相交流,认识世界的基础。我国是一个多民族的国家,汉语作为少数民族的第二语言,学好汉语并运用汉语与他人进行交流,不仅有利于个人的发展,也有利于民族的发展。目前,南疆地区的基础教育水平相对来说还是比较滞后的。尤其是维吾尔族居住的偏远地区,学生的学业水平离课程标准的要求还有一定的距离。这与学生的汉语水平不高有着密切的关联。也就是说学生的汉语水平是影响其学业成绩的一个重要因素。如何提升少数民族学生的汉语水平,是一个值得讨论的话题。其中有教育政策方面的探讨,有课程层面的探讨,还有教学层面的探讨,等等。本文将从与教学实际最密切的教学层面来展开研究。教学作为教授知识的一种重要方式,其科学性、有效性将直接影响学生的学习效果。作业是教师日常教学中的一个关键环节,对教师的教和学生的学都具有举足轻重的作用。而且作业的内容和评价方式对教学的效果也会产生很大的影响。现有的研究结果表明,初中学生做一定数量的作业有助于提高其学业成绩,贴近生活的作业更能激发学生的学习兴趣;而且作业的评价方式也在无形中影响着教学。因此,笔者将从汉语作业的内容与评价两个维度来分析当前维吾尔族初中汉语教学质量不容乐观的原因。从实证调查的结果来看,目前南疆地区初中维吾尔族汉语教师在作业设计与评价中存在以下问题。一、在作业设计方面:(一)教师对作业的目的模糊不清;(二)教师布置的作业以课文抄写为主,形式单一;(三)作业未以学生为本,进行分层设计;(四)教师在作业设计过程中随意性较大,缺乏有效的指导。二、在作业评价方面:(一)教师评价作业的方式主要还是采用打“√”和“×”、打分数或等级,评语也仅是一些表面性语言,缺乏针对性和创新性;(二)评价标准单一,缺乏多元化;(三)学生和家长较少参与作业评价;(四)教师和学生对作业的总结分析的重视程度有待提升。在全面实施素质化教育的今天,如何有效利用作业以提高学生运用汉语的能力才是汉语教师真正值得思考的事情。
[Abstract]:Language is human to communicate with each other, understand the world foundation. At present, the basic education level in southern Xinjiang region is is still relatively lagging behind. Especially in the remote areas of Uygur live, there is a certain distance from the level of students' academic requirements of curriculum standards. The Chinese level is not high and students are closely related. That is to say the students' Chinese language level is an important factor affecting the academic achievement. How to improve the minority the Chinese level of students is a topic worthy of discussion. The discussion of the education policy, of course level, and the level of teaching, and so on. This article from the learning and teaching The teaching level of the most closely studied. Teaching as an important way of teaching knowledge, its scientific nature, effectiveness will directly affect student learning. Work is a key link of teachers in daily teaching, has a pivotal role of teachers and students and the effect. The content and method of evaluation of teaching will also have a great influence. The existing research results show that a certain number of junior high school students do homework helps improve their academic achievements, life work can stimulate students' interest in learning; and homework evaluation methods are virtually affect teaching. Therefore the author, from the two dimensions of content and evaluation of Chinese homework to analyze the reason for optimism is the current Chinese Uygur teaching quality of the junior high school. From the results of the empirical investigation, the current junior high school in the southern region of Sawuer dimension Chinese teachers has the following problems in the design and evaluation work. In a, homework design: (a) the purpose of the operation of teachers is ambiguous; (two) their homework to copy the text, single form; (three) the job was not student-centered, sub layer design; (four) teachers randomness in job design, the lack of effective guidance. In two, job evaluation: (a) the teacher evaluation operation mode is mainly adopted for tick "and" X ", marks or grades, comments also is only some superficial language, lack of pertinence and innovation (; two) the evaluation standard is single, lack of diversification; (three) fewer students and parents to participate in job evaluation; (four) the degree of attention of teachers and students to work summary needs to be improved. In the comprehensive implementation of quality education, how to effectively use the operation to improve the students to use the Chinese Ability is a real thing for Chinese teachers to think about.
