【摘要】：文章分析了农村中小学教师队伍存在的教师思维理念偏差、教师队伍力量薄弱、学科结构设置不合理、教师流失严重等问题,并且分析了这些问题出现的原因,提出了加强农村教师队伍建设的策略,即转变教师教育理念、强化师德师风建设、促进教师专业成长、建立健全教育评价机制、提高教师待遇。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the teachers' thinking bias of the concept of rural primary and secondary school teachers, teachers strength is weak, the discipline structure is unreasonable, the serious loss of teachers, and analyzes the reasons for these problems, put forward the strategy of strengthening the construction of rural teachers, that is to change the ideas of teacher education, strengthen moral construction, promote the professional growth of teachers, establish and perfect the education evaluation mechanism, improve the treatment of teachers.
