高考新政下的高中思想政治教学改进研究

【摘要】:2014年9月3日,国务院发布《国务院关于深化考试招生制度改革的实施意见》,提出2014年启动考试招生制度改革试点,2017年全面推进,到2020年基本建立中国特色现代教育考试招生制度,形成分类考试、综合评价、多元录取的考试招生模式的总体目标。随后,各个省份相继出台了一系列的高考新政,新一轮的高考改革正式拉开帷幕。本轮改革在考试科目的设置、考试的内容与形式以及高校招生录取的方式上都有非常显著的改变。面对高考新政,高中思想政治教学工作面临着严峻的挑战。如果能够适应新形势,因势利导,改进教学方法,则教学质量和教育水平将会上升一个台阶,到达一个新的高度,教师的专业水平也会随之提高。如果因循守旧,则不能顺利完成教学任务甚至阻碍学生的发展。因此,回顾高考制度的历程,研究高考新政,分析当前高中思想政治课教学中存在的问题,从而进一步提出对策,并且用研究结论去指导教学实践,是本文的出发点和落脚点。自隋文帝建立科举制度以来,考试的一个重要功能就是为国选才。新中国成立以后,高考制度经历了一系列变化,高考除了选拔人才外,更加引导着基础教育的方向。高考新政,立足于学生的全面发展和学生核心素养的培养和考察,更重视教育公平和机会均等。在一定意义上说,研究高考新政,就是研究国家对培养人才的要求。本研究主要分为以下四个部分。导言部分主要讨论研究高考新政的必要性和重要性,分析国内外关于高考制度和人才培养的研究现状,进而找到本文研究的切入点。第一部分主要分析我国高考改革的历程和高考新政的概况,总结高考新政对高中思想政治课教学提出的核心要求。第二部分主要研究高考新政对政治教学提出的新要求。该部分从对课程资源开发的要求、教师素养的要求和对授课模式的要求三个方面做出分析和研究。第三部分主要研究高考新政下的高中思想政治课教学方法改进的必要性。从学生全面发展的需要和教师改进教学的需要两个方面做探讨。第四分主要研究新要求下改进的策略。主要有六大转变:由依赖教材向自主开发课程资源的转变、由国家课程向国家、地方、校本课程相结合的转变、由重讲授重灌输向问题探究式教学的转变、由整齐划一的教学向必修选修区别的教学的转变、由固定班级授课向固定班级授课与走班制相结合的转变、由依靠课堂教学向课堂教学与“互联网+”学习结合转变。通过研究,指导实践,解放思想,实事求是,教师从教育教学理念转变,课程资源开发,教学方法改进和教学方式调整几个方面做出改变,一定能够适应高考新政的要求,出色的完成教育教学任务。
[Abstract]:On September 3, 2014, the State Council issued the State Council's opinions on the implementation of the Reform of the examination enrollment system, proposing to launch a pilot reform of the examination and enrollment system in 2014 and promote it in an all-round way in 2017. By 2020, we will basically establish a modern educational examination enrollment system with Chinese characteristics, and form the overall goal of the examination enrollment model of classified examinations, comprehensive evaluation, and pluralistic admission. Subsequently, each province has introduced a series of new policies for the college entrance examination one after another. The new round of college entrance examination reform has officially begun. This round of reform has a very significant change in the setting of examination subjects, the content and form of the examination, and the way in which colleges and universities enroll students. In the face of the new policy of the college entrance examination, The ideological and political teaching work in senior high schools is facing severe challenges. If we can adapt to the new situation, guide the situation and improve the teaching methods, the quality of teaching and the level of education will rise to a new level and reach a new height. The professional level of teachers will also be improved. If the teaching task can not be completed smoothly or even the development of the students will be hindered, it will not be possible to complete the teaching tasks smoothly. Therefore, review the course of the college entrance examination system and study the new policy of the college entrance examination. It is the starting point and foothold of this paper to analyze the problems existing in the teaching of ideological and political course in senior high school, and to put forward further countermeasures, and to guide the teaching practice with the conclusion of the research, since Sui Wen-di established the imperial examination system, One of the important functions of the examination is to select talent for the country. Since the founding of New China, the college entrance examination system has undergone a series of changes. In addition to the selection of talents, the college entrance examination is guiding the direction of basic education. Based on the all-round development of students and the cultivation and investigation of students' core qualities, we should pay more attention to education fairness and equal opportunities. In a sense, we should study the New deal of College entrance examination. This research is mainly divided into the following four parts. The introduction mainly discusses the necessity and importance of studying the new policy of college entrance examination, and analyzes the current research situation of the college entrance examination system and talent training at home and abroad. The first part mainly analyzes the course of the reform of the college entrance examination and the general situation of the new policy of the college entrance examination. The second part mainly studies the new requirements of the new policy of the college entrance examination to the political teaching. This part from the requirements of the development of curriculum resources, The third part mainly studies the necessity of improving the teaching method of ideological and political course in senior high school under the new policy of college entrance examination. The fourth part mainly studies the strategies for improvement under the new requirements. There are six major changes: the transition from relying on teaching materials to self-development of curriculum resources. The transition from the national curriculum to the national, local and school-based curriculum, from the emphasis on teaching and re-instilling to problem-inquiry teaching, from uniform teaching to compulsory elective and differentiated teaching, The transition from teaching in a fixed class to a combination of teaching in a fixed class and the system of walking classes, and from relying on classroom teaching to a combination of classroom teaching and "Internet" learning, has been transformed. Through research, guiding practice, emancipating the mind and seeking truth from facts, Teachers can adapt to the requirements of the new policy of college entrance examination and accomplish the task of education and teaching brilliantly by changing the concept of education and teaching, developing curriculum resources, improving teaching methods and adjusting teaching methods.
