喀什市初中双语课堂师生互动的现状调查及对策研究

【摘要】：为了更为客观的反映出双语课堂教学中师生互动的现状,提高双语课堂教学质量,确保双语教育发展的顺利进行,本文选取了新疆喀什市三所初中的双语课堂为研究对象,通过运用文献法、访谈法、问卷法和课堂观察法等方法,对喀什市初中双语课堂师生互动的情况进行了调查和分析,就所发现的问题提出了相应的对策,期望对少数民族地区双语教育的发展有所裨益。调查发现,三所初中双语课堂师生互动存在着如下问题:互动的实效性不强、教师对互动认识不足及学生自身存在问题。对这些问题进行分析后发现:学校对互动的重视程度不够,缺乏积极管理推动;教师教学观念滞后,教学方式有待改进;学生学习动机不强,参与互动意识淡薄,等等,是造成上述问题的主要原因。基于这些原因,本文就此提出了相应对策。具体而言,要加强学校的重视与管理,保障师生互动的顺利实施;提高教师的专业素质,从而确保教师在教学中进行专业的指导;同时还要提升学生的学习动机,让学生自觉地参与到师生互动中。
[Abstract]:In order to objectively reflect the current situation of teacher-student interaction in bilingual classroom teaching, improve the quality of bilingual classroom teaching and ensure the smooth development of bilingual education, this paper selects three junior middle schools in Kashi, Xinjiang, as the research object.By using the methods of literature, interview, questionnaire and classroom observation, this paper investigates and analyzes the situation of teacher-student interaction in junior middle school bilingual classroom in Kashi, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures to the problems found.It is expected to benefit the development of bilingual education in minority areas.The results show that there are some problems in the interaction between teachers and students in the three junior middle schools: the actual effect of interaction is not strong, the teachers' understanding of interaction is insufficient and the students' own problems exist.After analyzing these problems, it is found that the school does not pay enough attention to the interaction, lacks the active management to promote, the teacher's teaching idea lags behind, the teaching method needs to be improved, the students' learning motivation is not strong, the consciousness of participating in the interaction is weak, and so on.Is the main cause of the above problems.Based on these reasons, this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.In particular, it is necessary to strengthen the school's attention and management to ensure the smooth implementation of teacher-student interaction; to improve teachers' professional quality so as to ensure teachers' professional guidance in teaching; at the same time, to enhance students' learning motivation.Let students consciously participate in teacher-student interaction.
