初中生的法治教育探究

【摘要】：随着依法治国和普法教育的不断发展,如今法治教育已不可或缺,初中生的法治教育更是全社会关注的重点内容,对初中生进行法治教育不仅是初中生自我保护的需要,同时也是建设社会主义法治国家的需要。但就当下初中生的法治教育来说,依然存在不少问题。本文主要采用了文献研究法和案例分析法,从以下三个部分对初中生的法治教育进行阐述。本文第一部分论述了法律、法制、法治、法律教育、法制教育、法治教育的含义与区别,以及初中生法治教育的含义。同时也进一步的阐述了法治教育的意义,是初中生形成正确法治观念的需要,是规范初中生法律行为的需要,是建设社会主义法治国家的需要。本文第二部分对初中生法治教育的内容进行了论述。主要包括:对初中生进行法律意识教育;对初中生进行法律知识教育;对初中生进行权利与义务教育;对初中生进行遵纪守法教育。通过法律意识、法律知识、权利义务、遵纪守法这四个方面,全面的阐述了初中生法治教育的内容。本文第三部分阐述了对初中生进行法治教育的策略。指出对初中生进行法治教育应该以课堂教育为中心、以学校教育为主渠道、以社会教育为补充、以家庭教育为纽带。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of governing the country according to law and popularizing law education, the education of rule of law is now indispensable, and the education of rule of law for junior high school students is the focus of the whole society. It is not only the need for junior high school students to protect themselves by the rule of law, but also for junior high school students.At the same time, it is also the need of building a socialist country ruled by law.However, there are still many problems in the legal education of junior high school students.This article mainly uses the literature research method and the case analysis method, from the following three parts carries on the elaboration to the junior high school student's rule of law education.The first part of this paper discusses the meaning and difference of law, legal system, rule of law, law education, legal education, law education, and the meaning of junior high school students' rule of law education.At the same time, it also further expounds the significance of the rule of law education, which is the need for junior high school students to form a correct concept of the rule of law, the need to standardize the legal behavior of junior high school students, and the need to build a socialist country ruled by law.The second part of this paper discusses the content of junior high school students' rule of law education.Mainly include: to the junior high school students to carry on the legal consciousness education; to carry on the law knowledge education to the junior high school students; to carry on the rights and the compulsory education to the junior high school students; to carry on the discipline and the law education to the junior high school students.Through the four aspects of legal consciousness, legal knowledge, rights and obligations, abiding by the law, the content of junior high school students' rule of law education is expounded comprehensively.The third part of this article elaborated the junior high school student carries on the rule of law education strategy.It is pointed out that the rule of law education for junior high school students should focus on classroom education, take school education as the main channel, take social education as supplement, and take family education as the link.
