入职阶段教师的教学能力现状及其发展策略研究

【摘要】：本文的入职阶段教师包括准教师和入职一年以内的中小学新教师,其研究目的主要是通过对准教师和新教师教学能力现状的调查分析,总结影响入职阶段教师教学能力发展的因素,从而为提高我国入职阶段教师教学能力的发展提供一些有效策略。本文主要采用问卷调查和个体访谈的研究方法。首先,利用问卷调查法对准教师的教学能力发展现状进行分析;其次,利用个体访谈法对新教师的教学能力发展现状进行总结。并基于对调查结果的实然分析,发现准教师和新教师在教学能力方面确实存在着一些共性问题,主要包括:教学准备阶段的教学目标把握不准、突出重难点能力弱;教学实施阶段的组织语言能力、课堂的管理能力和随机应变能力弱;教学评价与反思阶段的自我评价能力不足、反思空泛缺少内化等。基于此,分析影响入职阶段教师教学能力发展的因素,究其原因主要受大学课程的学习、指导教师的指导、新教师的培训模式及效果和教师自身等四个方面的影响。本文还概述了美国、日本和英国对入职阶段教师的培养,通过比较并结合我国实际情况,借鉴其优点。本论文最后基于对我国入职阶段教师教学能力发展的现状、影响因素的研究及其对国外入职阶段教师培养的比较分析,提出了有效地促进入职阶段教师教学能力发展的策略,主要从职前培养—理论与实践的融合性、入职培训—培训与指导的适切性、入职教师—探寻发展的路径这三个方面进行展开论述。
[Abstract]:The teachers in this paper include prospective teachers and new teachers in primary and secondary schools within one year. The purpose of the research is mainly to investigate and analyze the present situation of teachers and new teachers' teaching ability.This paper summarizes the factors that affect the development of teachers' teaching ability in the entry stage, thus providing some effective strategies for improving the development of the teachers' teaching ability in the entry stage of our country.This article mainly adopts the questionnaire and the individual interview research method.Firstly, the author analyzes the current situation of teachers' teaching ability by questionnaire survey. Secondly, it summarizes the current situation of new teachers' teaching ability by using individual interview method.Based on the actual analysis of the results of the investigation, it is found that there are some common problems in teaching ability between prospective teachers and new teachers, including: the teaching goal in the stage of teaching preparation is uncertain, and the ability to stress and difficult points is weak;In the stage of teaching implementation, the ability of organizing language is weak, the ability of classroom management and adaptability is weak, the ability of self-evaluation in the stage of teaching evaluation and reflection is insufficient, and the introspection is lack of internalization and so on.Based on this, this paper analyzes the factors that affect the development of teachers' teaching ability in the starting stage, which is mainly influenced by the study of college curriculum, the guidance of teachers, the training mode and effect of new teachers and the teachers themselves.This paper also summarizes the training of teachers in the entry stage in the United States, Japan and Britain, and draws on its advantages by comparing and combining with the actual situation in our country.Finally, based on the current situation of teachers' teaching ability development in China, the research of influencing factors and the comparative analysis of foreign teachers' training, this paper puts forward some effective strategies to promote the development of teachers' teaching ability.It mainly discusses the combination of pre-service training and theory and practice, the appropriateness of induction training-training and guidance, and the path of induction teacher-seeking development.
