公办初中新交流教师适应性的研究

【摘要】：近年来,为促进教育均衡发展,优化教师资源配置,教师轮岗制已成为必然趋势和有效途径。对此,国内已开始推行相关政策以促其有益发展。然而,在公办初中开展教师轮岗交流的过程中,当涉及公共资源配置时,中小学教师和相关政府部门仍存在困扰。为实现教师轮岗交流制度化,让新到校交流的教师尽快适应,并发挥轮岗交流的最大作用,让家长、学生、政府、教师等各方齐心协力,是关键所在。本文以X区为例,重点探究了公办初中新交流教师的适应性与差异,就引起适应差异的原因,提出针对性建议,为教育管理部门落实教师交流政策提供参考依据。论文由五个部分组成:第一部分提出本文的研究问题,阐述主要的研究目的及意义,给出主要研究内容与方法,通过查阅大量资料,对国内外关于教师交流的研究现状、有关概念和理论基础(包括教育公平理论、教育均衡发展理论与教师专业发展理论)进行阐述,界定了公办初中、新交流教师与适应性等词语的内涵。第二部分主要通过问卷调查和访谈,对X区公办初中新到校交流教师的适应性进行实证分析。第三部分将从交流教师总体适应水平、适应性的差异等方面进行描述和分析。第四部分结合教师交流的理论基础与新到校交流教师的实际情况,从交流制度的实施、学校管理理念、激励保障三个角度,对提高交流教师适应性提出合理化建议。第五部分为全文归纳总结,将指出不足并确立日后研究的目标。
[Abstract]:In recent years, in order to promote the balanced development of education and optimize the allocation of teacher resources, the system of teacher rotation has become an inevitable trend and an effective way.In view of this, the domestic already began to carry out the related policy to promote its beneficial development.However, in the process of public junior middle school teachers' rotation and exchange, when it comes to the allocation of public resources, the teachers of primary and secondary schools and relevant government departments still have problems.In order to realize the institutionalization of teachers' rotation and exchange, to make the new teachers adapt to it as soon as possible, and to give full play to the role of rotation communication, it is the key that parents, students, government, teachers and other parties make concerted efforts.Taking area X as an example, this paper probes into the adaptability and difference of the new teachers in public junior middle school, and puts forward some suggestions on the reasons for the differences, which provides a reference for the educational management department to carry out the exchange policy of teachers.The paper is composed of five parts: the first part puts forward the research questions of this paper, expounds the main purpose and significance of the research, gives the main research contents and methods, through consulting a large number of data, studies the current situation of teachers' communication at home and abroad.The concept and theoretical basis (including the theory of educational equity, the theory of balanced development of education and the theory of teacher professional development) are expounded, and the connotation of the words "public junior middle school", "new exchange teacher" and "adaptability" are defined.The second part mainly through the questionnaire investigation and the interview, carries on the empirical analysis to the X district public junior high school new arrival school exchange teacher's adaptability.The third part will describe and analyze the general adaptation level and adaptability of teachers.The fourth part combines the theoretical basis of teacher exchange with the actual situation of new school teachers, from the exchange system implementation, school management concept, incentive and protection three angles, to improve the adaptability of exchange teachers put forward reasonable suggestions.The fifth part is the full text summary, will point out the insufficiency and establishes the future research goal.
