陕西延川县中小学体育教学环境现状及优化策略研究

【摘要】:强化学校体育是实施素质教育、促进学生全面发展的重要途径,对于促进教育现代化、建设健康中国和人力资源强国,实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦具有重要意义。党中央、国务院历来非常重视学校体育工作,十八届三中全会对强化体育课和课外锻炼做出了重要部署,对加强学校体育工作提出了明确要求。体育教学环境是影响青少年参加体育课和课外体育锻炼的重要因素之一。因此,中小学体育教学环境应引起全社会的高度重视。积极促进中小学体育教学环境的建设及优化,保证中小学体育教学环境的可持续发展,将是十三五规划中学校体育改革的一个重要环节,也是我们当前中小学体育教育教学研究的重要内容。本研究以延川县中小学体育教学环境及优化为研究对象,以延川县中小学校的学生和体育教师为调查对象,通过采用文献资料、问卷调查、实地调查、访谈、数理统计等多种研究方法对陕北延川县中小学体育教学环境进行现状分析研究,最后得出如下结论:(1)延川县自然环境总体较差,严重影响体育课正常教学。(2)延川县中小学体育课堂班级规模存在显著性差异,影响影响学校体育教学质量以及各水平阶段学生学习体育锻炼的兴趣。(3)延川县中小学体育活动场地设施分布较不合理,体育场地器材严重匮乏,场地周边绿化较差,器材损坏后购买、维修不及时。(4)延川县中小学体育教学信息输入、输出渠道较贫乏,教师输出及学生反馈体育教学信息不明显、不及时,体育教学信息严重滞后。(5)延川县中小学校体育教学传统化、风气一般。(6)延川县中小学校体育课堂常规较不规范,体育教师和学生未对课前、课中、课后常规进行规范认识,但部分教师却认为课堂常规实行较正规。(7)延川县中小学学校体育课堂气氛良好,学生对体育教师目前的工作现状较满意,学生也比较愿意积极配合体育教师的组织活动。(8)师生关系较好。课中师生关系融洽,课后体育教师愿意将更多地时间投入到学生。为进一步推动学校体育改革发展,促进学生身心健康、体魄强健,现提出以下优化策略:1)增加体育场地周边环境的绿化面积;2)多方联手共同改善体育场地匮乏,器材种类、数量、质量等问题;3)根据国家建校标准,合理分配校级、班级规模4)提高体育教学信息输出与反馈的质量;5)营造良好的学校体育传统与风气;6)加强体育教学课堂管理;7)营造良好的体育课堂氛围;8)创造更加和谐的人际关系。
[Abstract]:Strengthening school physical education is an important way to carry out quality education and promote the all-round development of students. It is of great significance to promote the modernization of education, build a healthy China and a powerful country of human resources, and realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. The CPC Central Committee and the State Council have always attached great importance to school physical education. The third Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee has made important arrangements for strengthening physical education classes and extracurricular exercises, and has put forward clear requirements for strengthening school physical education work. Physical education teaching environment is one of the important factors that affect teenagers' participation in physical education class and extracurricular physical exercise. Therefore, the teaching environment of physical education in primary and middle schools should be attached great importance to by the whole society. Actively promoting the construction and optimization of physical education teaching environment in primary and secondary schools and ensuring the sustainable development of physical education teaching environment in primary and secondary schools will be an important link in the reform of school physical education in the 13th Five-Year Plan. Also is our present primary and secondary school physical education teaching research important content. This study takes the physical education teaching environment and optimization of middle and primary schools in Yanchuan County as the research object, and takes the students and teachers of the primary and middle schools in Yanchuan County as the research objects, through the use of literature, questionnaire, field investigation, interviews. The present situation of physical education teaching environment in middle and primary schools in Yanchuan County, Northern Shaanxi Province is analyzed by mathematical statistics and other research methods. Finally, the following conclusion is drawn: 1) the natural environment of Yanchuan County is generally poor. There are significant differences in the class size of middle and primary schools in Yanchuan County. Affecting the quality of school physical education and students' interest in learning physical exercise at all levels) the distribution of sports venues in primary and secondary schools in Yanchuan County is unreasonable, the facilities of sports venues are seriously lacking, and the surrounding greening of the venues is poor. After the equipment is damaged, the equipment is purchased and repaired not in time. 4) the input of physical education teaching information in primary and secondary schools in Yanchuan County is poor, and the teacher's output and students' feedback on physical education teaching information are not obvious and timely. Physical education teaching information lags behind seriously. 5) physical education teaching in middle and primary schools in Yanchuan County is more traditional and general. 6) physical education classroom routine in primary and secondary schools in Yanchuan County is not standardized, and PE teachers and students do not have a normative understanding of the routine before, during and after class. However, some teachers think that the normal classroom practice is more formal.) the atmosphere of physical education in primary and secondary schools in Yanchuan County is good, and the students are satisfied with the present situation of physical education teachers. Students are also willing to actively cooperate with PE teachers in organizing activities. The relationship between teachers and students in class is harmonious and PE teachers are willing to devote more time to students. In order to further promote the reform and development of school sports, promote the students' physical and mental health and physical fitness, this paper proposes the following optimization strategy: 1) to increase the green area of the surrounding environment of the sports venues and to jointly improve the lack of sports venues and the types of equipment. Quantity, quality, etc.) according to the national standards for the establishment of schools, the school grade shall be allocated rationally, Class size 4) improve the quality of physical education information output and feedback 5) create a good school sports tradition and atmosphere 6) strengthen physical education classroom management 7) create a good physical education classroom atmosphere 8) create more harmonious interpersonal relationship.
