初中语文口语交际教学评价现状及策略分析

【摘要】:高雅的言谈举止是学生语文素养最高层次地体现。为了凸显语文课程的工具性和人文性,实现语文教育服务社会的功能,就必须重视学生口语交际能力的培养。初中阶段是学生各方面能力提升的关键时期,学生可塑性较强,培养他们良好的口语交际能力既是适应时代发展的需要,又是学好其他学科的基础。虽然口语交际教学在理论和实践方面有了一定进展,但是教学的效果并不理想。新的语文课程标准已经明确提出“口语交际”的培养目标,课程目标的达成最终要落实到教学与评价上来。因此口语交际教学评价既是口语交际教学必不可少的环节,又是口语交际能力目标达成的有力保障。做好口语交际教学评价是促使学生口语交际能力提升的有效手段。而在实际的口语交际教学过程中,并未能将评价对学生口语交际能力提升的促进作用最大化。究其原因,口语交际教学评价缺乏一套具体可行的实施方案。针对目前口语交际教学评价实施情况不理想的现实状况,提出具有建设性的改进策略则是本文研究的重点。具体改进方案从以下几方面入手:建立起科学、可行的评价标准是基本前提;提高教师的评价意识与评价能力是教学评价顺利进行的有力保障;在评价过程中实现评价主体与评价方式的多元化并借助评价量表作为辅助工具来丰富和完善评价的实施。文章共分为四部分内容。第一部分为引言部分,简要介绍了文章的选题背景、国内外关于口语交际教学评价的研究现状以及笔者在本篇文章中采取的主要研究方法。第二部分为口语交际教学评价概述,包括口语交际教学评价相关的概念界定以及口语交际教学评价的理论基础和评价在口语交际教学中的重要作用。第三部分从现状入手,总结目前口语交际教学评价取得的成绩,实施过程中存在的问题并分析原因。第四部分针对口语交际教学实施情况不理想的状况提出具体的改进策略,旨在推动口语交际教学的发展,促进学生口语交际能力的提升。结语部分则对研究成果进行总结并分析研究中的不足之处。
[Abstract]:Elegant speech and behavior is the highest level of students' language literacy. In order to highlight the instrumentality and humanism of Chinese curriculum and realize the function of Chinese education serving the society, we must pay attention to the cultivation of students' oral communication ability. The junior middle school stage is the key period for the improvement of students' ability in all aspects. The students have strong plasticity. Cultivating their good oral communication ability is not only the need of adapting to the development of the times, but also the foundation of learning other subjects well. Although oral communication teaching has made some progress in theory and practice, the teaching effect is not satisfactory. The new Chinese curriculum standard has clearly put forward the training goal of "oral communication", and the achievement of the course goal should finally be carried out in teaching and evaluation. Therefore, the evaluation of oral communication teaching is not only an indispensable link in oral communication teaching, but also a powerful guarantee for the achievement of oral communicative competence. The evaluation of oral communication teaching is an effective means to improve students' oral communication ability. However, in the process of practical oral communication teaching, the evaluation can not maximize the promotion of students' oral communication ability. The reason is that the evaluation of oral communication teaching lacks a set of concrete and feasible implementation plan. In view of the actual situation that the implementation of oral communication teaching evaluation is not ideal at present, it is the focus of this paper to put forward constructive improvement strategies. The concrete improvement plan starts from the following aspects: establishing scientific and feasible evaluation standard is the basic premise, improving teachers' evaluation consciousness and ability is the powerful guarantee for the smooth progress of teaching evaluation; In the process of evaluation, the evaluation subjects and methods are diversified and the evaluation scale is used as a supplementary tool to enrich and perfect the implementation of evaluation. The article is divided into four parts. The first part is the introduction, which briefly introduces the background of the topic, the current situation of the evaluation of oral communication teaching at home and abroad, and the main research methods adopted by the author in this article. The second part is an overview of the evaluation of oral communication teaching, including the definition of concepts related to the evaluation of oral communication teaching, the theoretical basis of oral communication teaching evaluation and the important role of evaluation in oral communication teaching. The third part begins with the present situation, summarizes the achievements in the evaluation of oral communication teaching, analyzes the problems in the process of implementation and analyzes the reasons. In the fourth part, the author puts forward specific strategies to improve oral communication teaching in order to promote the development of oral communication teaching and promote students' oral communication ability. The conclusion summarizes the research results and analyzes the shortcomings of the research.
