以课例研究为载体的高中化学教师PCK发展个案研究

【摘要】:新课改给课程带来的最大变化莫过于对教师的专业发展带来的新挑战,在考量教师专业化发展的层次、水平和能力方面,学科教学知识(Pedagogical Content Knowledge)是最能体现教师专业性的学术建构。而“课例研究”(lesson study)近十年在促进教师专业发展方面的作用越来越受到人们的重视,它是教师对真实的课堂教学过程所开展的合作性研究。它通过确立主题研究、共同备课、代表教师授课、课后评议等环节,借助多种课堂观察方式与量表,能够分析教师PCK,并对教师PCK产生一定的影响。本研究采用了文献分析和个案研究的方法,在梳理PCK研究成果和课例研究相关文献资料的基础上,选取射阳县高级中学化学教研组,以这个化学教研组参与课例研究的情况为抓手,通过对教师原有PCK的分析考察,比较了课例研究前后教师PCK的发展情况,在明晰了课例研究对于教师PCK发展的影响因素的基础上,探究了课例研究对于该教研组教师PCK发展的重要作用;揭示了课例研究促进教师PCK发展的内在逻辑,并提出了进一步运用课例研究促进教师PCK发展的思考和建议。
[Abstract]:The biggest change to the curriculum brought by the new curriculum reform is the new challenge to the professional development of teachers. In terms of the level, level and ability of teachers' professional development, Pedagogical Content knowledge is the most professional academic construction. The role of lesson study in promoting teachers' professional development has been paid more and more attention in the past ten years. It is a cooperative study on the real classroom teaching process. By establishing thematic research, preparing lessons together, representing teachers in teaching and evaluating after class, it can analyze teachers' PCK by means of a variety of classroom observation methods and scales, and has a certain impact on teachers' PCK. This research adopts the method of literature analysis and case study, on the basis of combing the research results of PCK and the related literature of case study, we select the chemistry teaching and research group of Sheyang high school. Based on the case study of the chemistry teaching and research group, this paper compares the development of the teacher's PCK before and after the case study through the analysis and investigation of the teachers' original PCK. On the basis of clarifying the influencing factors of lesson case study on teachers' PCK development, this paper probes into the important role of lesson case study in the development of teacher's PCK in this teaching and research group, and reveals the intrinsic logic of teaching case study to promote teacher's PCK development. And put forward the further application of the case study to promote the development of PCK teachers and suggestions.
