高中英语教材词汇对比研究

【摘要】:随着《英语课程标准》的颁布与实施,根据该标准编写并通过国家教育部审定的教材相继出版,并在我国各地得到广泛的使用。但这些教材在词汇的收录方面是否与《新课标》的要求保持一致,在编排上是否体现了词汇学习的自然规律等问题仍然有待研究。基于以上思考,本研究借助Range词汇分析统计软件,对我国常用的两套高中英语教材中的词汇进行统计与分析。研究结果显示,《新课标》词汇在两套教材中的词汇覆盖率均达到93%以上;两套高中英语教材均存在单词超标、相当一部分《新课标》词汇在两套教材中复现率偏低和分布跨度偏窄的现象。本文期待此项研究结果能为英语教师和未来教材的修订提供参考依据。
[Abstract]:With the promulgation and implementation of the English Curriculum Standard, the textbooks compiled according to this standard and approved by the Ministry of Education have been published one after another and have been widely used in various parts of our country. However, whether these textbooks are consistent with the requirements of the New Curriculum Standard in terms of vocabulary collection and whether the arrangement reflects the natural laws of vocabulary learning remains to be studied. Based on the above thinking, this study makes use of the Range lexical analysis software to analyze the vocabulary in two sets of senior high school English teaching materials in our country. The results show that the vocabulary coverage rate of the two sets of textbooks is over 93%. In the two sets of textbooks, quite a part of the vocabulary of the New Curriculum is relatively low in repetition rate and narrow in the distribution span. The present study is expected to provide a reference for the revision of English teachers and future textbooks.
