高中班主任班级管理的德育功能及对策研究

【摘要】：我国素质教育的目的就是培养德、智、体、美、劳全面发展的人才,且在五育中德育为首。现阶段学校德育的基本任务是:培养学生社会主义觉悟,初步树立坚定正确的政治立场;逐步提高学生的道德思维能力,初步形成正确的世界观、人生观、价值观;培养学生的自我教育能力,养成良好的心理素质、道德行为和生活习惯。但是改革开放以来,随着社会主义市场经济的确立和发展,全国上下的唯经济性,催生出了教育的功利性和教育的工具性,因此出现了重智育轻德育的现象。怎样发挥班主任主力军的作用,在日常的班级管理中就可以潜移默化的进行道德教育,提高道德教育的实效性,是我们亟待解决的问题。因此本文将从以下几个方面展开论述:第一部分:绪论。包括问题的提出、研究意义、文献综述、研究方法。第二部分:高中班主任班级管理中的德育功能的理论基础。包括核心概念界定、班主任班级管理的德育功能的理论。第三部分:班主任班级管理中的德育所存在的问题及原因分析。包括班主任班级管理中的德育存在的问题和原因分析两部分。第四部分:高中班主任班级管理中的德育功能。包括引导功能、规范功能、熏陶功能。第五部分:增强高中班主任班级管理的德育功能策略。包括开展班级活动提升德育功能、师生交往开展德育功能、指导学生发展提升德育功能。
[Abstract]:The aim of quality education in our country is to train talents with all-round development of morality, intelligence, physique, beauty and labor. The basic tasks of school moral education at present are: to cultivate students' socialist consciousness, to establish a firm and correct political stand, to gradually improve students' moral thinking ability, and to form a correct world outlook, outlook on life and values. Cultivate students' self-education ability, develop good psychological quality, moral behavior and living habits. But since the reform and opening up, with the establishment and development of the socialist market economy, the economy of the whole country has given birth to the utilitarian nature of education and the instrumental nature of education, so the phenomenon of attaching importance to intellectual education and moral education has emerged. How to give play to the role of the main force of the class teacher, in the daily class management can imperceptibly carry out moral education, improve the effectiveness of moral education, is the urgent problem to be solved. Therefore, this paper will be discussed from the following aspects: the first part: introduction. Including the question raised, the research significance, the literature review, the research method. The second part: the theoretical basis of moral education function in high school class management. Including the definition of core concepts, the theory of moral education function of class management. The third part: the problems and reasons of moral education in class management of class teachers. It includes two parts: the problems and causes of moral education in class management of class teachers. The fourth part: the function of moral education in high school class management. Including guidance function, normative function, edification function. The fifth part: strengthen the moral education function strategy of class management of high school class teacher. It includes carrying out class activities to enhance the function of moral education, teachers and students to develop the function of moral education, guiding students to develop and promote the function of moral education.
