初中思想品德课预防青少年犯罪教育的现状及问题研究

【摘要】：改革开放30多年来,我国社会呈现出蓬勃的发展态势,并以前所未有的速度挺近社会主义现代化,进入快速转型期。纷至沓来的社会变化带动了人们思想观念、伦理道德和文化认同的转型。当前的主流价值观也陷入了迷失状态,并逐渐发展成以个人主义与拜金主义为主的价值倾向,社会价值取向的多元化趋向,致使社会行为的失范程度增加,社会行为规范体制日益受到冲击,违法犯罪行为屡屡发生。在理想与现实、索取与奉献、盲目与果敢之间,不断有冲突与扬弃出现,社会成员的思想观念和价值取向也正经历着一场前所未有的蜕变,这也是来当前我国社会治安状况每况愈下的一个重要原因。在我国,青少年犯罪问题已成功博取了全社会成员的眼球,各界的专家、学者以及致力于研究青少年犯罪预防工作学术界佼佼者们,就如何预防青少年犯罪问题提出了很多有针对性的观点和有见地的想法,但是我国青少年的犯罪的状况却始终没有得到根本改善。预防青少年犯罪,要从最基础的地方着手,加强薄弱环节,通过有效地提升青少年的法制观念,普及思想品德知识,让他们学习法律,尊重法律、遵守法律,学会利用法律维护自身的合法权益,帮助青少年树立正确观念,争取引导青少年的思想和行为。初中思想品德课是整个课程结构中必不可少的一门的课程,它以关注学生的身心发展,培养学生的道德品质为宗旨,对青少年犯罪的预防具有重大意义。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening to the outside world for more than 30 years, the society of our country has taken on a vigorous development trend, and is approaching socialist modernization at an unprecedented speed, and has entered a rapid transition period. Social changes have brought about the transformation of people's ideology, ethics and cultural identity. The current mainstream values have also fallen into a lost state, and gradually developed into individualism and money worship as the main value trend, the social value orientation of the diversification trend, resulting in an increase in the degree of loss of social behavior. The social behavior norm system receives the impact day by day, the illegal crime behavior frequently occurs. Between ideal and reality, between taking and giving, between blindness and boldness, there are constantly conflicts and sublation, and the ideology and value orientation of social members are also undergoing an unprecedented transformation. This is also an important reason for the deterioration of the current social security situation in our country. In our country, the problem of juvenile delinquency has successfully won the attention of all members of society, experts, scholars from all walks of life, as well as outstanding people in academic circles devoted to the study of juvenile delinquency prevention work. This paper puts forward many targeted views and insightful ideas on how to prevent juvenile delinquency, but the situation of juvenile delinquency in our country has not been fundamentally improved. To prevent juvenile delinquency, we should start from the most basic areas, strengthen the weak links, effectively promote the concept of the legal system of young people, popularize ideological and moral knowledge, and let them learn, respect and abide by the law. Learn to use the law to protect their legitimate rights and interests, help young people to set up a correct concept, strive to guide their thinking and behavior. The ideological and moral course of junior high school is an indispensable course in the whole curriculum structure. It is of great significance to the prevention of juvenile delinquency by paying attention to the development of students' body and mind and cultivating their moral quality.
