“国培计划”背景下篮球特色课间操创编理论与实践研究

【摘要】:2010年7月,教育部、财政部召开了全国中小学教师培训暨“国培计划”启动工作会议,此次会议对贯彻落实全国教育工作会议和教育规划纲要,对中小学教师培训工作进行了部署,并对“国培计划”实施工作作出安排。长期以来,大课间在中小学体育教育中发挥了重要作用,随着中小学体育变革的不断推进,中小学传统大课间显得尤为重要。由成都体育学院体操教研室创编的篮球特色课间操便在新的教育改革形势及新时期教育思想要求的大背景下应运而生的。本研究通过文献资料法、专家访谈法、比较分析法等方法,在“国培计划“背景下积极探索创编篮球特色课间操,并形成篮球系列特色课间操创编理论框架以及实践套路。旨在丰富中小学校大课间内容,提高学生参与体育锻炼的积极性,增强练习学生的身体素质,培养中小学生的团队合作精神。研究结果显示:一、本研究以篮球特色课间操的创编为内容,构建出同样适用于其他项目特色课间操创编的以创编理论、创编实践、成果检验等“三步走”的创编思路。二、篮球系列特色课间操创编理论与实践存在共性,三套篮球特色课间操的创编思路保持高度的一致,成套动作编排科学合理,符合中小学生年龄特点。动作选取以篮球运动的核心技战术为素材。音乐选取上符合中小学生的身心特点。三、篮球特色课间操创编实践存在差异性。高段篮球特色课间操较低段动作形式丰富,内容更复杂,节奏更快,强度较大,两人配合动作较多。低段多用于小学阶段大课间,高段多用于中学阶段学生的大课间。篮球专项身体素质特色课间操分为热身、运动、素质、放松四部分,在时间、强度、复杂程度上都要更高一筹,多用于篮球校队训练热身、素质练习或基础较好的中学生。建议:篮球特色课间操的编排应将理论与实践相结合,多考虑推广价值与开展难度,条件不允许的可将其转化为徒手篮球特色操,减小开展的阻力和难度。同时中小学校要大胆尝试,通过国培计划项目,在实施过程中所遇问题积极与创编团队沟通或进行二度创作、优化篮球特色课间操创编形式,形成理论指导实践,实践检验理论的可持续发展思路。
[Abstract]:In July 2010, the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Finance convened a national conference on the training of primary and secondary school teachers and the launching of the "National Education Plan", which was aimed at the implementation of the National Conference on Education work and the outline of the Education Plan. The training of primary and middle school teachers is planned, and the implementation of the "national training plan" is arranged. For a long time, large class has played an important role in physical education in primary and secondary schools. With the continuous promotion of sports reform in primary and secondary schools, the traditional large class in primary and secondary schools appears to be particularly important. Under the background of the new situation of educational reform and the requirements of educational thought in the new era, the basketball characteristic class exercise, which was created by the gymnastic teaching and research department of Chengdu Institute of physical Education, has emerged as the times require. Through the methods of literature, expert interview, comparative analysis and so on, this study actively explored the creation of basketball special class exercises under the background of "National training Program", and formed the theoretical framework and practical routine of basketball series special class exercises. The purpose of this paper is to enrich the contents of large class in primary and middle schools, to improve the enthusiasm of students to participate in physical exercise, to strengthen the physical quality of students, and to cultivate the spirit of teamwork among them. The results show that: first, this study takes the creation of basketball class exercises as the content, and constructs a "three-step" creation-making train of thought, which is also suitable for the creation of special class exercises in other items, such as creative-editing theory, creating-editing practice, and test of achievements. Second, the theory and practice of the creation and compilation of the special class exercises of basketball series are in common, the creative ideas of the three sets of special classes of basketball exercises remain highly consistent, and the arrangement of the complete sets of movements is scientific and reasonable, which accords with the characteristics of the age of the primary and middle school students. The action selection takes the basketball core technique and tactics as the material. Music selection accords with the physical and mental characteristics of primary and middle school students. Third, there are differences in the practice of creating exercises between classes with basketball characteristics. The characteristic exercises in the high level basketball class are rich in form, more complex in content, faster in rhythm, stronger in intensity, and more in coordination with each other. The lower stage is mostly used in the primary stage and the high stage is used in the middle school stage. Basketball special physical fitness class is divided into four parts: warm-up, exercise, quality, relaxation. In time, intensity and complexity, it should be more advanced. It is used in basketball school team training, quality training or good foundation of middle school students. It is suggested that the arrangement of basketball characteristic exercises should combine theory with practice, and consider the value of popularization and the difficulty of carrying out more. If the conditions do not permit, it can be transformed into the characteristic exercise of basketball with bare hands, so as to reduce the resistance and difficulty of carrying out. At the same time, primary and secondary schools should make bold attempts to actively communicate with the creators and creators or create the second creation through the projects of the National Education Program, optimize the form of creative exercises between classes with basketball characteristics, and form a theoretical guidance for practice. Practice tests the theory of sustainable development.
