高中思想政治教师素质自我提升研究

【摘要】:高中思想政治课是进行高中德育的主要渠道,思想政治教师是“立德树人”的主力军。因此,研究高中思想政治教师素质有利于我们更好地落实对青少年进行思想政治教育的目标,也有利于构建一支党和人民满意的优秀思想政治教师队伍。虽然我国高中思想政治教师整体素质向好,但是其中存在不容忽视的问题。在此,笔者以高中思想政治教师素质自我提升为切入点探讨此话题,结合自己在高中思想政治教育教学的工作经历,力图从一个新的视角呈现出我国高中思想政治教师素质问题上自身思想意识的误区和错误倾向,并对高中思想政治教师素质的自我提升谈一些粗浅看法,力求为提高高中思想政治教育和教学质量略尽绵薄之力。本文内容为四部分:首先,界定和厘清高中思想政治教师素质自我提升的相关概念及理论基础,其中包括素质的含义及其结构、教师素质含义及其结构、高中思想政治教师素质含义、人的全面发展理论、素质教育理论等内容。高中思想政治教师素质可以诠释为高中思想政治教师在先天素质的基础上,在环境和教育的影响下,通过教育教学实践活动的锻炼和自我修养而形成和发展起来的相对稳定的基本品质。其次,主要呈现高中思想政治教师现状,通过访谈形式对高中思想政治教师素质存在的问题进行客观描述和分析,进而得出了以下结论,虽然当代高中思想政治教师队伍综合素质较为乐观,但同时存在缺乏政治信心,价值观偏差与扭曲,职业功利性意识有所抬头,知识结构不均衡和知识更新速度慢,学习、反思、创新、科研能力有待提升,教育教学观念陈旧,身体和心理素质不协调等问题。再次,主要从高中思想政治教师自身角度分析上述问题产生的原因,主要包括角色认知的错位和偏差,职业倦怠等消极态度,对新课改理念把握不准,未处理好与受教育者的关系,对社会环境的不适应等原因。最后主要针对以上原因,从深化角色认同、肯定自我职业价值,增强职业危机感、紧迫感、责任感,增强“四种意识”、加强自我激励,善于同学生、老师协作与交流,树立现代意识、强化时代精神,建立教师自我提升的激励机制等角度提出相应的素质提升对策,力图从内因角度保障高中思想政治教师整体素质的实质性提升。
[Abstract]:The ideological and political course of senior high school is the main channel of moral education in senior high school, and the ideological and political teacher is the main force. Therefore, the study of the quality of high school ideological and political teachers is conducive to the better implementation of the goal of ideological and political education for young people, but also conducive to the construction of an excellent contingent of ideological and political teachers satisfied by the Party and the people. Although the overall quality of high school ideological and political teachers is improving, there are some problems that can not be ignored. Here, the author discusses this topic from the point of view of the self-improvement of high school ideological and political teachers, and combines his own work experience in the teaching of high school ideological and political education. From a new angle of view, the author tries to show the misunderstanding and wrong tendency of the ideological and political teachers' quality in senior high school, and discusses some superficial views on the self-improvement of the quality of the high school ideological and political teachers. Strive to improve high school ideological and political education and teaching quality to do a little. The content of this paper is divided into four parts: first of all, it defines and clarifies the related concepts and theoretical basis of self-improvement of ideological and political teachers' quality in senior high school, including the meaning and structure of quality, the meaning and structure of teachers' quality. The quality of high school ideological and political teachers, the overall development of human theory, quality education theory and so on. The quality of high school ideological and political teachers can be interpreted as the ideological and political teachers in high school on the basis of innate quality, under the influence of environment and education. The relatively stable basic quality formed and developed through the training and self-cultivation of educational and teaching practice. Secondly, it mainly presents the current situation of high school ideological and political teachers, describes and analyzes objectively the problems existing in the quality of high school ideological and political teachers through interviews, and then draws the following conclusions. Although the comprehensive quality of contemporary high school ideological and political teachers is optimistic, there is a lack of political confidence, the deviation and distortion of values, the rise of professional utilitarian consciousness, the imbalance of knowledge structure and the slow speed of knowledge renewal. Reflection, innovation, scientific research ability need to be improved, education and teaching ideas are old, physical and psychological quality is not coordinated, and so on. Third, mainly from the perspective of high school ideological and political teachers to analyze the causes of the above problems, mainly including the misplacement and deviation of role cognition, job burnout and other negative attitudes, not to grasp the concept of the new curriculum reform. Fail to deal with the relationship with the educatee, the social environment and other reasons. Finally, aiming at the above reasons, from deepening the role identity, affirming the self-professional value, enhancing the sense of professional crisis, sense of urgency, sense of responsibility, strengthening the "four kinds of consciousness", strengthening self-motivation, being good at students' students and teachers' cooperation and communication, From the angle of establishing modern consciousness, strengthening the spirit of the times and establishing the incentive mechanism of teachers' self-improvement, the author puts forward the corresponding countermeasures to improve the quality of the ideological and political teachers in senior high school from the angle of internal cause.
