开封市体育高考生学训现状调查研究

【摘要】：近些年来开封市体育高考生逐年增加,成为了开封高考大军中的重要组成部分,引起的了广泛关注,体育高考生的升学情况及现状成为了老百姓、教育部门和媒体的关注“头条”。本研究结合开封市地区14所普通高中体育高考生的实际情况,分别对开封市341名体育高考生和27名体育教师调查分析发现,在逐年增加体育高考生生源背后存在了一系列亟待解决的问题。本文采用文献法、调查法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法为研究方法,以2015年开封市普通高考体育生和体育教师为调查对象,对体育高考生的文化课学习、运动训练和日常生活现状及体育教师的基本情况、业务水平和管理情况等方面进行了调查分析。通过调查研究发现,目前开封市普通高中体育高考生学训现状的影响因素为:(1)开封市体育高考生人员数量上从2010年至2014年连续五年递增,2015年有所减少。整体人员数量情况与河南省体育高考生人员数量呈反比,整体人数情况呈上升趋势。(2)开封市普通中学对选择参加体育训练的学生没有选材标准,缺乏相应的管理制度,缺少训练计划,训练没有针对性和系统性。(3)文化成绩差是体育高考生普遍现象,学习与训练之间的关系亟待解决,这也是主要阻碍体育高考生升学率的瓶颈之一。运动损伤在体育高考生中较为普遍,普遍为慢性损伤。运动损伤在体育教师中没有得到足够重视。(4)体育教师男女比例失调,除个别专项以外几乎没有女性体育教师。体育教师年轻化。(5)开封市体育高考生在膳食营养方面能够补充必要的能量物质和维生素。学校领导对体育高考生没有足够的重视,体育经费限制,学校缺少正规的力量训练房。针对以上问题,结合开封市体育高考生实际情况,本文提出了相应的对策,目的主要是提高开封市体育高考生的成材率及升学率。(1)学校领导应加强对学校体育高考生的重视程度,提供足够的体育经费,建设补充体育场地及器材,建设学生力量训练房。(2)从科学选材的角度设立完善的体育高考生选材标准。(3)依据体育高考生的个人情况制定科学系统的学习计划与训练计划。加强体育教师与文化课教师沟通交流,了解学生学习与训练实时情况,及时调整学习与训练时间,处理学习与训练之间的关系。(4)普及学生生理、心理常识,增加训练预备时间,预防运动损伤的发生,培养学生自我保护意识,普及学生对运动损伤出现的应对措施,以及后期的自我康复训练、心理安抚、治疗等方法。(5)增加体育教师、文化课教师和学生家长之间的沟通,改善学生伙食,注意膳食营养的补充。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the number of physical college entrance examination students in Kaifeng City has increased year by year, which has become an important part of the army of Kaifeng college entrance examination. The education sector and the media are paying attention to "headlines". Combined with the actual situation of the college entrance examination students in 14 ordinary senior high schools in Kaifeng, this study investigated 341 college entrance examination students and 27 physical education teachers in Kaifeng city. There are a series of problems that need to be solved urgently behind increasing the number of students in PE college entrance examination year by year. In this paper, literature method, investigation method, mathematical statistics method and logic analysis method are used as the research methods, and the students and teachers of physical education in the college entrance examination of Kaifeng city in 2015 are taken as the objects of investigation, to study the culture course of the students in the physical education college entrance examination. The present situation of sports training and daily life and the basic situation, professional level and management of PE teachers were investigated and analyzed. Through investigation and research, it is found that the influencing factors of the current situation of college entrance examination students in Kaifeng are as follows: (1) the number of college entrance examination students in Kaifeng increased for five consecutive years from 2010 to 2014, and decreased in 2015. The total number of personnel is inversely proportional to the number of college entrance examination students in Henan Province, and the overall number of students is on the rise. (2) the general middle school in Kaifeng has no selection criteria for the students who choose to participate in physical training, and lacks the corresponding management system. Lack of training plan, training is not targeted and systematic. (3) poor cultural performance is a common phenomenon of physical education college entrance examination students, the relationship between learning and training needs to be solved, which is also one of the bottlenecks that hinder the entrance rate of physical education college entrance examination students. Sports injury is more common in college entrance examination students, generally chronic injury. Sports injury has not been paid enough attention to among PE teachers. (4) the ratio of male and female PE teachers is out of balance and there are almost no female PE teachers except for a few special items. Physical education teachers are younger. (5) the college entrance examination students in Kaifeng can supplement the necessary energy and vitamins in dietary nutrition. School leaders do not pay enough attention to physical education college entrance examination students, sports funds are limited, the school lacks formal strength training room. In view of the above problems, combined with the actual situation of physical education college entrance examination students in Kaifeng, this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures, The aim of this paper is to improve the success rate and promotion rate of college entrance examination students in Kaifeng. (1) the school leaders should pay more attention to the college entrance examination students, provide sufficient sports funds, and build up supplementary sports venues and equipment. (2) to set up perfect standards for selecting students from the angle of scientific selection. (3) to formulate a scientific and systematic study plan and training plan according to the individual situation of the students. Strengthen the communication between PE teachers and culture teachers, understand the real time situation of students' study and training, adjust the learning and training time in time, deal with the relationship between study and training. (4) popularize students' physiological and psychological common sense, increase the training preparation time. To prevent the occurrence of sports injury, to cultivate students' consciousness of self-protection, to popularize the students' coping measures to sports injury, and the methods of self-rehabilitation training, psychological comfort and treatment in the later period. (5) to increase the number of physical education teachers, Communication between culture teachers and parents, improve student meals, pay attention to dietary supplements.
